Students Riots At Keene NH, State Pumpkin Festival, Shot’s Fired, Rubber Bullets,Tear Gas and Riot Police. (Video)
New Hampshire: Students tear down street signs and throw beer bottles at police during the incident. Then mainstream Media pulls the plug on independent reports from the Keene Pumpkin festival as you will see in the second video.
Students managed to turn over at least one car during these protest and police shot many students with rubber bullets and multiple canisters of tear gas.
Jared Goodell is a Keene native and local independent journalist. Yesterday he was the host for EIGHT hours during Pumpkin Fest 2014 on Cheshire TV, the local public access channel. Jared also put thousands of dollars of his own money into producing the all-day event coverage. For this amazing effort to cover the yearly festival (it would not have been covered on CTV without him), he is rewarded with an evening visit by Pumpkin Fest organizer Ruth Sterling who behaves in a ridiculous manner.
Sterling attempts to grab his microphone multiple times, as well as block the camera’s view of Jared, accuses him of frightening the guests of the festival and demands he stop talking about the riots happening just a few blocks away in the college neighborhood.
Since Jared is a newsman at heart, he feels obligated to report on what is happening in-town, and tangentially related to Pumpkin Fest. He defends his right to be the media and she responds by telling him she’ll “pull the plug” (which she has no control over) and that he should behave because she gave him the physical location for the CTV remote studio. As though she somehow was doing him a favor – he’s the one who spent over $5,000 of his own money to make the coverage of her event happen!
At one point in the beginning of the video, Sterling accuses Jared of being a “Free Stater”, this is the new pejorative to describe anyone who stands up for their rights. It’s not Jared’s first time causing controversy for reporting the news. Earlier this year he stirred it up for reporting from the scene of this Summer’s suicide and on the resignation of a despised school principal. Jared is not afraid to break the official city narrative of Keene being a perfect, blemish-free New England town, and is willing to take the heat. Being a New Hampshire child, I still have family who lives there. My sister lives a few miles away and was there at the Pumpkin Festival with her family as the riots went on. She and everyone else around her had no idea of the events unfolding mere blocks away. With snipers once again on the roofs of the buildings surrounding the pumpkin festival, I’m sure they’ll deem that a success. I’ve also heard that ‘student antagonists’ were brought in to help stir this crowd up along with the alcohol…these events were no accident.
Wow, sure is a lot of dumbass going on in this story. The dumbass students gave the dumbass cops a free training day. Seriously though, what exactly would be the right reaction to this situation? I mean look at these idiots.

Let’s make note of the FACTS regarding the description of the pictured participants of this totally, over nothing, over no incident, raging, very destructive in property values, RIOT!
The participants are Caucasian white-skinned euro amerikans between the ages of 18 to 23 years, of “privileged” economic background, as tuition & board are well in excess of $30,000 PER YEAR at the local NH college.
The predominate religious background of the riot participants are judeo-christo SCUMDUMBS!
And, this type & race (Cauc) really loves to consume the poison known as “alcohol” in mass quantities!!!!!
I think what these privileged, soft, physically unfit white-skinned kids need is a Military Draft!
After this performance (OVER…………………………NOTHING), I can see real potential in this generation’s ability to GRIND THIS ENTIRE COUNTRY TO A very vicious halt, if they had to face a “Lottery” Based Military Draft, which results in them being shipped directly into combat…………………BEFORE THEY CAN LEGALLY DRINK A BEER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
