LA Restaurant Does Not Serve Dog Meat Legally

Puchow de Manila Eatery and Fine Dining has received provisional permission to obtain, slaughter (up to 3 dogs per day), sell and serve dog meat legally in their establishment. Filipino rights group won the provision over religion freedom. The Supreme Court will hear the case and make a final decision on the temporary provision.
According to satire site The News Nerd,
In the Philippines today, there is an abundance of dog meat sold in restaurants and markets. The meat is as sold for as little as $1.30/kg. The trading and selling of dog-meat brings in nearly 3.8 million U.S. dollars per year, and nearly 500,000 dogs are killed for meat every year.
Eleven regions around the globe still consume dog meat. Those being: China, Indonesia, Korea, Mexico, Philippines, Polynesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Arctic, Antarctic, and Switzerland.

That anyone could think the act of eating dog meat is a good practice to do a satire piece about, is beyond me. 
In many parts of the world, dogs are loved and pampered pets; even treasured family members in many instances (as in my case). In my opinion; anyone who can eat a dog has no soul. 
I could never eat the meat from a loving, sentient being, even if I were starving to death.
People are sick. 30000 years of living with dogs as a companion. hunting together, farming together. the normal preparation is for the dog to be tortured. the most anxienty and stress the better.. A broken leg, a night with that skinned alived the next day after watching a few comprades chopped up , and then thrown into boilidng water or blowtorched piece by piece cooking. The chinese beleive this is for power food, adrenaline. its not possilbe to regulated how the dogs are killed and thats how.. They admit it , look at quora now.
