Before I begin my warning outcry about U.S. Ignite in a Paul Revere kinda way, let me first begin by giving you a historical timeline of how the internet has evolved to what it is today.

For the purposes of understanding the full magnitude of what U.S. Ignite is, let’s keep things relatively simple by not referring to exact dates, acronyms and specific internet applications for every step we’ve taken over the past 30 years.  When we look at the full scope of the dangers we’re presently in, we first need to understand that U.S. Ignite is not a program which magically “sprung up” on us overnight, or over the past couple years.  This system has been in development since the late 80’s, and no matter what anyone says, the original intent of the U.S. Government’s involvement has never been for the benefit of humanity.

What Is U.S. Ignite

Simply put.  It’s the Matrix we’ve all been fearing, talking, and watching movies about.  U.S. Ignite is the program which funds and coordinates one of the most dangerous partnerships between government and the private sector to enslave the entire planet, all under the guise of “giving everyone faster internet”.  Don’t be fooled, and you won’t be if you understand what the U.S. government’s intentions were before anyone knew what the internet was in the late 80’s when the CNRI and Gigabit Testbed Initiative was launched.

The original backbone of the internet was developed by the U.S. Military in “partnership” with university scientists developing technology on their behalf.  To wrap your mind around what U.S. Ignite has become, let’s reverse-engineer the internet we are currently using.    Doing some research, you will discover that our current internet — we will call it Internet #1 — was too slow for what scientists and the U.S. Government ultimately wanted it to do.

Look back at how powerful the U.S. Government’s surveillance programs became through the development of the telephone system.  We invented and rolled out copper lines throughout the entire world, and it wasn’t because the US Government wanted to make everyone ‘happy’ that they could call their grandmother back east — they kept their control of the entire infrastructure so that the NSA could listen in on every single conversation of interest.  From the get-go, copper lines was too slow in transmitting data as computer technology evolved.  The NSA quickly discovered that live-listening of telephone conversations was too laborious.  Technology advanced, computer power accelerated, storage capacity exploded, and when the NSA and CIA quickly discovered their potential dominance via social engineering, mind control, corporate espionage, military intelligence, and global geo-politics, the system in the 80’s just wasn’t fast enough.

Right from day 1 when they launched Internet #1, they knew that it did not have enough speed and storage capacity for what they needed it to do, but humanity would have a blast with their new toy called the internet.  In the mid 90’s, people started using email, downloading porn, typing letters on their desktop PC’s, and the internet was born.

In 2012, U.S. Ignite claimed to be the new-fangled program which will “bring the people what they want…faster & better internet”.  Faster fiber optic speeds and comprehensive broadband coverage — pretending to be supplying the market based on demand.  Bullsh$%.  The U.S. Government has recently had to get us acclimated to the fact that they’ve been building a cradle to grave technological enslavement system since the 80’s, so they slapped a happy-go-lucky branded logo on it as they get ready to flick the switch on Internet #2 – U.S. Ignite.

NSF SOLICITATION:   US Ignite is an Administration initiative seeking to promote US leadership in the development and deployment of next-generation gigabit applications with the potential for significant societal impact. The primary goal of US Ignite is to break a fundamental deadlock: there is insufficient investment in gigabit applications that can take advantage of advanced network infrastructure because such infrastructure is rare and dispersed. And conversely, there is a lack of broad availability of advanced broadband infrastructure for open experimentation and innovation because there are few advanced applications and services to justify it. US Ignite aims to break this deadlock by providing incentives for imagining, prototyping, and developing public sector gigabit applications, and by leveraging and extending this network testbed across US college/university campuses and cities.

 

This solicitation builds on the experience gained from initial US Ignite activities to further engage the US academic research and non-profit communities along with local cities, municipalities, and regions in exploring the challenges of developing and applying next-generation networking to problems of significant public interest and benefit. In particular, this solicitation has two tracks: the first encourages the development of applications in national priority areas that explore new uses for networks, giving rise to novel networking and application paradigms; and the second expands and enhances the ecosystems in which these applications will evolve and be evaluated.

What is Internet #2 (U.S. Ignite)?

Here’s the kicker, and you need to fully grasp the magnitude of what our reality has become.  It’s the world fastest information super-highway which connects every aspect of the following segments of our lives – it’s literally the Matrix:

Human beings are merely the energetic batteries plugged into it as we are now in Internet #1, but Internet #2 is every bad thing about the internet — ON STEROIDS….AND WE’VE PAID FOR SOMETHING WE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT WE WERE PAYING FOR.   If you think privacy, surveillance and espionage is epidemic in the world, wait until the entire world has nowhere else to go.  There will be no encryption.  There will be no secure peer-to-peer networks.  There will be no public areas where we’ll be able to hide from big brother.  Every single aspect of our lives will be monitored, controlled, surveilled and manipulated over Internet #2 — we’ll call it U.S. Ignite from here on out — a backbone which the U.S. Government has maintained absolute control over.

How Did We Get Here?

In the late 80’s, knowing that Internet #1 would be too slow to completely surveil and control the entire population, the U.S. Government tasked the N.S.F. with the responsibility of building out Internet #2.

Who is the N.S.F.?  As DARPA is to robots, the NSF is it’s evil sister over the Internet Industrial Complex.    Global Environment for Network Innovations (GENI) is the computer networking laboratory founded by the NSF to handle the network applications and development in coordination with the education community.

The N.S.F. learned very quickly that to build-out Internet #2, it would cost more money than the U.S. Government could ever accumulate through theft via the Federal Reserve, trafficking heroin out of Afghanistan or cocaine out of South America.  They whipped up a black-op scheme they called a “partnership” between government and the private sector.  On it’s face and over time, we must call it what it is politically — fascism — but when we consider the full width and breadth of U.S. Ignite, we have to call this partnership a marriage which was consummated under false pretenses and ultimately gave birth to the evil Matrix.

The N.S.F.’s scheme involved convincing dot-com boomers to develop applications and technology for their profit, and in exchange for sharing access to their software and hardware, the government was going to give “partner companies” access privileges to our infrastructure.  The N.S.F. partially funded research and development in the early stages, especially with corporations which could give the U.S. government absolute and total control over the “head of the snake”.  Essentially; in corporate-speak; the NSF told Verizon, for instance, “…..if you build routers, software, phones and fiber networks, (a) you will be able to earn billions from consumers (b) we will give you front of the line privileges to lay your fiber cables along side interstate highways.  When we flick the switch on U.S. Ignite, you will be part of the fastest internet we’ve ever imagined!”  All the NSF asked in return is that they place their routers and install their entire pipelines through N.S.A. controlled interception facilities.

Of course, corporations like Verizon, AT&T, Apple, etc. loved the idea of “partnering”.  It didn’t really cost them a dime, and in most cases, the NSF helped fund development of some of their technology, and ultimately in the end they’d be able to earn billions on selling APPS like Angry Birds to consumers.  In corporate-speak, it was a win-win partnership!

For the last three decades, the NSF has been seeding research and development; coaxing technology corporations to develop certain applications and functions — of course compartmentalizing so as to conceal their covert intentions about what they will do with the applications — promising them access, privilege and the ability to be part of the in-crowd of high speed gigabit providers, and the U.S. government didn’t even have to pay trillions to build out the system.  The private sector has built the entire system by earning profits from consumers.  One might assume that it’s free market capitalism fully functioning and at it’s best, but free market capitalism should be based on supply and demand — not for the purposes of building out a covert human enslavement system.   We can assume that each of these corporations would be very disappointed if they discovered why, for instance, they were encouraged by the N.S.F. to build a facial recognition app on Facebook.  Of course, Facebook thought it was a really ‘neat idea’, and all their engineers worked tirelessly to build the best facial recognition system which automatically provided a pre-typed name on everyone’s family photos — Wow!  Neat!  So neat that billions of people inputted their photos on Facebook, and billions of dollars flowed through Facebook thanks to the flood of traffic to this new trendy website.  Little did the engineers at Facebook know that they’d be building a facial recognition database which would be tied to the DHS, and used by the police state in real-time identification and tracking of political dissenters who are walking down the street minding their own business.

Conspiracy Analysis

Does this all sound conspiratorial?  Go do your homework.  There are presentations and documentation which describe the ‘awesome’ advantage U.S. Ignite will bring to our first-responders.  Marketing materials show first responders with special goggles arriving on scene, and as an example:   by viewing a real time heads-up display, they are able to scan a crowd and immediately determine who is friendly or potentially dangerous based on their social media activity, criminal background, political philosophy, religion, etc.   Facial recognition software will give “first responder” SWAT Team members an instantaneous visual display of potential targets to snipe at.

So, let’s become conspiracy analysts as we consider the full implications what this government / private sector partnership has become.  The NSF convinced Facebook to work on facial recognition, and they mastered it, indeed.  Now the U.S. Government has the ability to deploy the police state in any jurisdiction, and shoot at their political adversaries with the billions of bullets they’ve been stock piling over the past several years.  Facebook, of course, throws their hands in the air & says, “hey….don’t blame us….we just wanted to make money on advertising  by creating a fun experience for our users….”.

Even if we screamed at the top of our lungs for Facebook to cut themselves off from the U.S. Government — they can’t.   The original agreement between the NSF and Facebook was for Facebook to develop the technology, and in turn, they would have access to the U.S. Ignite high speed system.  If Facebook, or any other corporation says they want out of the scheme, they would only be allowed to operate on the old, slow, Internet #1 where conservative, 3 percenter / citizens militia are all hanging out.  If they want high-speed access, they have to continue going along with the trendy liberal and/or socialist program.  By the time companies like Facebook find out what they have created within their compartmentalized niche, there will be no turning back.

Years of “partnering” by the NSF have totally captured the private sector.  The U.S. Government has literally lured corporations into their lair; they’ve never told the companies what the end game was about, and now the entire system has been so compromised that there is no way to reverse it.  Ultimately, the government owns and controls the entire Matrix, and if an individuals chooses to opt out, they will not have access to U.S. Ignite.  They have freedom of choice; of course, they can hang out with 5 people on Internet #1 and express themselves until they turn blue in the face.  For those who become exceptionally belligerent, they will be electronically NDAA’d by having their chip turned off.

Listen to John Underkoffler, CEO of Oblong Industries speak at the U.S. Ignite launch at the White House, bragging about the technology he developed at MIT laboratories which inspired the movie Minority Report.  Underkoffler brags that the technology in minority report was based on technology he developed in the lab a decade prior. “The stuff is real, and it works today…and it works better than the movie ever imagined”.  Underkoffler expresses excitement about the U.S. Ignite launch which allows for the commercial application of human machine interfaces.

Also listen to FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski  (read prepared remarks) spewing socialist government attaboys, promising $10 wireless broadband and speaking in a corporate cadence that would make most telecommunications industry executives envious….except for the fact that he hints towards complete and total technological government control of the internet  (click here to see YouTube of launch).  Pay particular attention to Genachowski’s excitement about the “mobile app” economy which didn’t exist a few years ago, and then read NSA Whistleblower Edward Snowden’s release of top secret documentation about the government’s exploitation of APP purchases.  Please allow me to translate why he is excited.  The NSA and GCHQ use APPS to take over your mobile devices.  Per Snowden’s release of documentation, there’s virtually no way to block interception by the government if you open the APP purchase gateway, and then once they have hijacked your iPhone, the UDID’s transmit all your data — in the case of the iPhone, it’s an automated mass data collection exploit upon people who trust that their Apple operating system is secure.

From a military perspective, surveillance of the Internet is merely “Phase 0″ in the US digital war strategy. Internal NSA documents indicate that it is the prerequisite for everything that follows. They show that the aim of the surveillance is to detect vulnerabilities in enemy systems. Once “stealthy implants” have been placed to infiltrate enemy systems, thus allowing “permanent accesses,” then Phase Three has been achieved — a phase headed by the word “dominate” in the documents. This enables them to “control/destroy critical systems & networks at will through pre-positioned accesses (laid in Phase 0).” Critical infrastructure is considered by the agency to be anything that is important in keeping a society running: energy, communications and transportation. The internal documents state that the ultimate goal is “real time controlled escalation”.

 

One NSA presentation proclaims that “the next major conflict will start in cyberspace.” To that end, the US government is currently undertaking a massive effort to digitally arm itself for network warfare. For the 2013 secret intelligence budget, the NSA projected it would need around $1 billion in order to increase the strength of its computer network attack operations. The budget included an increase of some $32 million for “unconventional solutions” alone.

Based on what we know about the U.S. government surveillance and mind control programs, is there any wonder why they are pushing to “connect every household to the internet”?  Everyoneon.org is designed to insure every household is connected to the internet.  Do you think that the government is trying to be kind and generous to our population or connect us so that they can place us under 24/7 surveillance?

What’s The Impact On Our Lives?

There’s no way around it.  We are completely and totally at the mercy of the U.S. Gvoernment’s U.S. Ignite after 30+ years of secret development and implementation.  We are in the finale phases of implementation. The system is being turned up as I type these words, and most people see the technological advantages of Internet #1 as beneficial to our lives, and indeed it has been.  Internet #1 has given humanity so much convenience and freedom over the past 30 years, while a much more nefarious and controlling system has been built in parallel.  Now that the entire population is acclimated and addicted to advancements in technology, and of course under the false illusion of “freedom” of expression, communication, education, etc., when we come to fully realize who is in absolute control of U.S. Ignite, we won’t be able to do anything to reverse the damage.

First Responders – The police state will be on steroids.  The Matrix will allow Agents to hunt us down and kill us for any reason they desire.  There will be no escaping it.

In-Home Surveillance – Every single word in your home will be recorded, transmitted and analyzed.  Be careful what you say.  The system is fast & they will know instantly.

Public Surveillance – No matter where you turn, your face will be scanned and you will be tracked & databased.

Consumer Slavery – When you go to Wal-Mart, your license will be scanned at the parking lot entrance, your face will be scanned at the front door, your face will be scanned in the aisles, advertisements will magically show up based on what the Matrix knows about your buying habits and supply inventory at home, and then your information will be databased with the purchases you finalize at the point of sale.

Political Prison – God forbid if you should speak out about the government.  Your chip will be turned off, or at the very least, the police state will instantaneously dispatch units to harass you as the Matrix tracks your every move.

Obamacare Slavery – From cradle to grave, Obamacare has been designed to database your DNA, personality profile, medical history, psychiatric history, vital signs, genetic pre-disposition to diseases, intelligence quotient, etc.  The implications are enormous.

Education Slavery – Just imagine Communist-Core on steroids.  Imagine the U.S. government having absolute control over every document, word, text relating to our history or education curriculum.  Every packet of data will be filtered through U.S. Ignite’s system and the U.S. Government will control everything we learn.  We’ll have freedom through the information they totally control.

Economic Espionage – Goodbye free-market. If you thought Wall Street was corrupt before, imagine the Federal Reserve telling Wall Street’s Goldman Sachs where to invest money based on what their “predictive analysis” has gleaned via Palatir corporation’s interceptions.  Of course, this is probably the first time you’ve heard of Palantir, but that’s why we’re emphasizing the disgusting covertness of the NSF’s ‘partnership’ with the private sector over the past 30 years.  Palantir doesn’t specialize in developing APPS like Angry Birds, so they won’t be surprised when they realize U.S. Ignite is out in the open — they are doing something much worse.  They are receiving data from Google, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc, and they have developed the software to predict what humans will do next.  Don’t believe me?  Go look up what the word “Palantir” means — it means ‘seeing stone’.  Just think what Wall Street would do with access to every single keystroke of every corporation in the entire world?

Global Military Dominance – Well, let’s give the Military Industrial Complex the benefit of the doubt.  Maybe they want to exploit the total and complete control of the internet for peaceful purposes.  Maybe one day soon we’ll wake up and Fox News will broadcast a Pentagon briefing whereby a high Pentagon official announces that all wars have ended and world peace has been achieved.  That would be wishful thinking, but the most likely scenario is that they keep all of this hullabaloo about U.S. Ignite a secret for the next 30 years, and “intelligence reports” coming out of the NSA will reveal that we need to spend billions on missiles to bomb brown people in the desert —to save us from ‘terrorists’ talking on their cell phones or Twitter about waging Jihad.  Of course, they want to keep all of this technological control by the U.S. government a secret, so as to not to let everyone on the planet know that every single breath they take is being surveilled and analyzed.  Heck  imagine the type of system Lockheed could design which could be installed throughout the world & would automatically launch a drone every time terrorists even THINK about the violent passages in the Quran or plot terrorism.  Peace?  There’s no money in peace.

Mind Control –  If you are not aware of the technology which exists that the government has been experimenting with humans over many decades to perpetrate trauma based mind control, then you will probably be shocked when you discover what they have been practicing for.  U.S. Ignite will potentially connect virtually every mind, thought, interaction and emotion of every single human being on the planet.  The CIA has been experimenting with ways to remove a person’s personality and insert a more desirable one which they can activate at their discretion.  In the 50’s and 60’s, they had to sit their subject down in a chair or chain them down in a mobile torture chamber. With today’s technology, they have the ability to remotely torture their targets, and at the same time remain covert throughout the process.  Imagine some CIA agent having access to your exact location at any given moment, and of course having access to the world most sophisticated weaponry — maybe microwave, laser, sonic, etc. — that could be used to torture their target incrementally.  U.S. Ignite will give the U.S. government the ability to manipulate our thoughts subtly via television media and social media mind control, or for those non-compliant resistors, torture them into submission and compliance.  With the speed and accuracy of U.S. Ignite, in coordination with the NSA’s computer systems, the CIA or DHS will have the capabilities of targeting you via automation.

Economic & Environmental  Slavery – Global warming denier?  No escape for you.  Your carbon output will be transmitted automatically, and your taxes will be deducted from your account at their will.   Do you consume a greater than average amount of electricity?  You will either be throttled or charged exorbitantly.   U.S. Ignite will provide the Energy Industrial Complex the ability to keep their bill paying slaves on a perpetual meter.

Main Stream Media Enslavement – 6 companies control everything we see, hear, and enjoy in entertainment & news.  Those same companies will have even greater control over what you see, hear and believe.  We will have no choices other than their offerings, and they will have absolute control of censorship.  This is absolutely unacceptable to a free human species.

How Do We Stop It?

Humanity has benefited from advances in technology.  Internet #1 is a great example of free-market capitalism flourishing during the dot.com boom.  Each and every one of us has had their lives changed or improved in some way with the advent of the internet and wireless communications.  Consumer demand has undoubtedly fueled the economy, and the United States has lead the world economically for decades.  The advantages have far outweighed the negative impact of social media, wireless communication, etc.

Why would we want to stop the advancement of technology?  The answer is, we don’t.

The internet — whether it be Internet #1 or Internet #2 — has the potential to free and educate all humanity if control is left in the hands of the people.  We were born with certain unalienable rights which can never be taken away, nor given away.   Who within our U.S. Government came up with the idea that our God given rights don’t apply to their control over us via the internet.

For their devious intentions with the internet, they should be removed from our system completely.  Defund them.  Try them.  Convict them of crimes against humanity.  Most importantly, the people currently in charge need to be completely removed from having any authority or control over the internet.  If they want access to conduct surveillance, the military industrial complex should pay the American people a fee — maybe they should earn less profit from weapons purchases — Security is extremely important, but the costs should not be shouldered on the taxpayer while the profits go to the war-tools merchants.  We the people have certainly financed a very good, high speed, technologically advanced system for them to access….it’s so powerful that we should never let them have controlling access to it, and definitely not free of charge.

We must insist that the U.S. Government get out of the business of enslaving, bombing and controlling humanity.  We should thank them for their service, and then fire them, especially because we know what their intentions were all along.  U.S. Ignite is bought and paid for us….we just need to make sure they know who owns and controls it.  All we have to do is extend our God given rights to the internet, which would cause them to become obsolete instantly.  Sounds simple, but it’s true.  There’s no reason to re-invent the wheel.  Our nation was founded on these principals…we just need to exercise and enforce them.

The first step is to expose their hidden agenda, and I hope and believe that this article is a good start in the right direction. The most logical step is to immediately force the government to stop their inhumane and unconstitutional mind control, social engineering, and warrant-less surveillance programs perpetrated upon American human beings.  This should be non-negotiable. In the late 80’s, the NSF decided to kick in their fascist “partnership” with the private sector to build out it’s public Matrix enslavement system.  Since then, the U.S. government has secretly built out the gigabit high speed  Internet #2 system via the National Science Foundation.  In 2011 Obama issued an executive order introducing U.S. Ignite.  Then on June 13, 2012, Obama issues another “emergency” sounding Executive Order titled “We Can’t Wait” to accelerate the installation of broadband in every corner of the United States.

John Holdren the Obama appointed Science Czar launched the US Ignite partnership conference on June 15, 2012 … The appointment of John Holdren was one of the most controversial appointments in Obama’s long line of appointees … In a book Holdren co-authored in 1977, the man now firmly in control of science policy in this country wrote that:

• Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not;
• The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation’s drinking water or in food;
• Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise;
• People who “contribute to social deterioration” (i.e. undesirables) “can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility” — in other words, be compelled to have abortions or be sterilized.
• A transnational “Planetary Regime” should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans’ lives — using an armed international police force.

This issue is more prescient than ever because Holdren and his colleagues are now at the forefront of efforts to combat “climate change” through similarly insane programs focused around geoengineering the planet. As we reported in April, Holdren recently advocated “Large-scale geoengineering projects designed to cool the Earth,” such as “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays,” which many have pointed out is already occurring via chemtrails.
More Quotes from Holdren:

Implementing a system of “involuntary birth control,” where both men and women would be mandated to have an infertility device implanted into their body at puberty and only have it removed temporarily if they received permission from the government to have a baby.

– Permanently sterilizing people who the authorities deem have already had too many children or who have contributed to “general social deterioration”.

– Formally passing a law that criminalizes having more than two children, similar to the one child policy in Communist China.

– This would all be overseen by a transnational and centralized “planetary regime” that would utilize a “global police force” to enforce the measures outlined above. The “planetary regime” would also have the power to determine population levels for every country in the world.
