The truth is the government has been spraying deadly chemicals in our skies in hopes of population reduction. Furthermore they have also been using geoengineering as biological testing agents on the populace; all while claiming they are nothing more than mere vapor.
We’ll now we have 110% undeniable proof that our government is purposefully supporting this experimentation on the population. In the video below I interview two hardcore geoengineering activists, Marie Snow and Cori Gunnels, who not only got their name put on the map because of their encounter with mysterious chemical fibers (read about that here), but also because they have been collecting tangible data making the case to prove once and for all, that we are being littered by geoengineering chemicals in our food, water, and our bodies. We dive through many blood samples, rain samples, air particulates samples, and discuss their personal encounters with the various branches of government who ultimately gave them the run-a-round.

Geoengineering is common where I live. They are spraying constantly. I am not surprised by what the testing of these fibers have shown.
But I don’t think this will put the government in a state of panic Lisa. Most people are oblivious to the lines in the sky and unnatural formations as the lines of chemtrails spread out over time and end up with a cotton candy type appearance. Our skies are no longer a deep blue, but blue with a chalky white haze.
If anyone wants some more visual evidence that really brings the point home, get a very bright flashlight, the brighter the better, and go outside after dark away from any lights and shine the flashlight directly up into the sky and look at about the first foot or so above the flashlight lens. You will see shiny, silver particulates of aluminum, barium, etc. swirling around in the air in a toxic soup we are all breathing in.

We must not be too obvious or it becomes too distracting and they end up staring at the eye instead of with the ear.
But getting back to your story, (and yes it is a story) for Charlie does not believe in so-called chemtrails because it would affect the very people putting it out? Have you ever thought of that? The FAA is not going to have much sway with the military. They do however follow all flights and should have the data on where these flights do originate from. Getting that information from they may prove tricky. What air planes are they? I suspect KC-135′s ran by the U.S. Air Force. Where do the chemicals these planes spray originate. Surely an item of National Security should it be embarrassing to TPTB ‘the powers that be’, none the less trucks must be used to move this stuff into the bases.
First who is doing it, second who is profiting from it.
Then legality issues and law suits may follow.
