It’s been my experience that those who can’t control their tongues, don’t have much control over anything else in their lives. As for the man “asserting his God given rights”….hurling obscenities and calling law enforcement officers scumbags is more a demand for trouble than one for ‘rights’.
Christ Himself could have called down legions of Angels to prevent His sacrifice from taking place at the behest of thoroughly corrupted “religous leaders”, and at the hands of Roman soldiers. He could have lost His temper and cussed out every ‘fool’ He came across. Instead, we are alive today thanks to His Wisdom and Self control….each of us with a narrowing window of time in which to work out our own salvation.
The roller coaster ride of man’s risen and fallen empires continues on through today…just as foretold…all of them rising and falling for the SAME reasons. And the more things change, the more they stay insane.
Many are learning to hop off the roller coaster while there is time to avoid it’s Last Crash….
