Geoengineers Finally Being Sued? (Videos)
(N.Morgan) The rumors continue to rumble around the Internet that lawsuits and/or a class action lawsuit concerning chemtrails and their impact on United States citizens are pending, but nothing concrete yet.
These legal rumors began around 2011 and continue to this date.
Some counties or states in America which are mentioned in these Internet rumors about possible legal action being taken include the following:
Shasta county, California
Mohave County, Arizona
Alabama
Suffolk County, Long Island, New York
There is also a proposed class action lawsuit being investigated by the Geoengineering Action Network.
It would be filed for individuals who experienced losses or damages due to chemtrail/geoengineering and other climate engineering programs.
But in Canada, a Chemtrail Geoengineering Lawsuit has already made it into a courtroom in Ottawa.
An appeal from the court decision of the Canadian Justice of the Peace was dismissed on November 10, 2014 at the criminal proceeding at the Superior Court in Ottawa; no further appeals were filed. Ultimately, due to lack of funds, the Canadian lawsuit was shelved December 2014.
With skies all around the globe showing what we now know are not the innocent plane condensation trails of old but a united effort in possible geoengineering, public concerns keep rising about potential health effects.
If a lawsuit is the only way to force authorities to respond to questions about what these chemtrails contain and the impacts on the health of citizens, hope someone will file here in the United States soon.
