A new ‘Gold Rush’ may soon sweep across the great state of California.  Only, instead of gold, it will be water that prospectors will be looking for.  This New Age gold rush concerns the search for and tapping into subsurface reservoirs of what is known as “primary water”.  Just how much primary water exists is explained in the following excerpt from a Scientific American article that first appeared in Live Science.

A recent study documented the presence of vast quantities of water locked far beneath the earth’s surface. That study confirmed “that there is a very, very large amount of water that’s trapped in a really distinct layer in the deep Earth… approaching the sort of mass of water that’s present in all the world’s oceans”[1]

Primary water (PW) is the original water that emerges from deep within the Earth.  The mantle provides the ideal conditions for the synthesis of hydrogen and oxygen into the form of water vapor.  The vapor is then forced upward through the many cracks and fissures in the Earth’s crust.  The magma, both within the mantle and the crust, plays a big part in this “water-manufacturing process”.  That’s why there are often pockets of primary water found near active volcanoes and earthquake zones (See reference below).

Because of the natural process that generates it, primary water does not have the many impurities and pollutants which are found in groundwater.  In fact, virtually all the water that is found within the water table has various contaminants from both human activity and natural events.  Primary water can be identified by its unusual purity, as well as from the distinct lack of various chemical and biological markers, which predictably show up in surface water.

This unique quality of primary water distinguishes it as a particularly clean and valuable natural resource.  Because of its prevalence, it can be extracted via a specially designed and engineered technology. The state of the art drilling equipment has been tried and tested both in the USA and abroad with great success.  Among all the practitioners who currently operate within the realm of water drilling, there is only one who has mastered the art and science of efficiently extracting of primary water.

What really distinguishes primary water from all of the water found on the Earth’s surface is its remarkable purity.  This fact alone is what will drive investors and venture capitalists alike in the direction of Pal Pauer’s unique and powerful water retrieval technology.  Likewise, organic farmers will necessarily move toward primary water sources in order to maintain their claim of organic.  Why is that?

However, it is the high content of aluminum oxide (aka alumina) in coal fly ash[4] that is the greatest concern to organic farmers and health enthusiasts, high performance athletes and alternative healthcare practitioners.  When hydrated in the water vapor-laden atmosphere via chemtrail spraying, aluminum oxide transforms into chemically-mobile aluminum.  It is this form of aluminum which has been implicated in a whole host of modern-day maladies including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Dementia, and ADHD.

What’s the point?  That primary water is coming from ‘protected’ sources that are essentially free of these pollutants which now rain down on the planet 24/7.  This fact alone places a great premium on primary water.  There are other beneficial attributes which further distinguish primary water from the tainted waters which circulate interminably within the hydrological cycle on the Earth’s surface.  For instance, disease-causing microbes such as pathogenic bacteria, parasites, molds and other harmful micro-organisms typically do not show up in assayed primary water samples.

Conclusion

The state of California would be well served by instituting a statewide program to identify and develop primary water sources wherever possible.  In so doing, much of the water that is no longer available because of the historic California Drought can be replaced with primary water in short order.

Furthermore, the provident practice of ongoing primary water capture and storage can be implemented in preparation for future droughts.  Many of the traditional sources of California water can then be allowed to regenerate.  A whole new infrastructure can also be constructed around the new paradigm of primary water drilling.

Perhaps someone can send this article to Governor Jerry Brown.  His Administration appears to need some serious consultation on this matter.  This drought has gone on way too long without an effective government response.
