Group involved in Confederate flag rally charged with terroristic threatening (VIDEO)

Fifteen people were indicted by a grand jury Friday on charges of terroristic threatening, stemming from an incident in Douglas County, Ga., in July when a group of Confederate flag supporters were alleged to have hurled threats and racial slurs at a group comprised of mostly black individuals.
Part of the incident in question was captured on cell phone video.
“One had a gun, saying he was gonna ‘kill the n—–,’” said Melissa Alford, who was hosting a child’s birthday party at the home where the group of black individuals were gathered. “Then one of them said, ‘Gimme the gun, I’ll shoot them n——.”
At least one of the demonstrators was reported to have been carrying a gun.
However, the demonstrators said they were simply driving by, on their way to another area when the altercation took place. Levi Bush, one of the demonstrators who was also named in the indictment, told reporters the demonstrators were attacked by the group as they drove by, and rocks were thrown at them as they were being threatened.
Among those named in the indictment were Robert Andrew Hansard, John Anthony Allen, Lacey Paul Henderson, Joe Eric Hood, Levi Devin Bush, Ashley Elizabeth Butler, Alexis Odell Fennell, Lacey Paul Henderson, Jose Ismael Torres, Amanda Sue Dyson, Jeffery Chad Wigley, Gregory Adam Upchurch. Scott Chapman, Thomas Charles Summers and Judy King Summers. In addition to terroristic threatening, Eric Hood and Thomas Summers also face battery charges for an unrelated incident which occurred later that same day.
Most of those indicted, who are all members of the group “Respect the Flag,” are in police custody.
