As you can easily discern, these countries do not play heavy roles in international politics.
Also, the following notice was also published on 10/13/2015 in the Keshe forums:

Personally, I wish all this Keshe stuff was real, but I doubt it. Why wait until October 26th to release the technology (if it is real and exists) – obviously very few governments are taking Keshe seriously and no one is going to change their policies because of his threats.
I am sure the drama will continue, and am almost just as positive that whatever occurs, it will not involve Keshe releasing new free-energy technology to the world on October 26th.
If it’s real, just release it. Most of these things that set a deadline are fake. Just release it already, enough gum flapping.

The winter is coming
The state of plasma promisse very much, almost to much right now. Its a risky and high game he plays out. Its easy to produce plasma yes, but i can’t imagine how this really suits every part what Keshe says about it.
