Our good friend, researcher & author Anthony Patch returns to the show to talk physics with Quantum Kev. We get his take on a new project that is taking place called AWAKE, and its potential to revolutionise particle acceleration. CERN is days away from the Lead-Lead collision so what better time to get the brilliant mind and man back on the show.

The CERN AWAKE project will see the proof of concept experiment that could revolutionise particle accelerators of the future. This could be an actual game changer for humanity, especially when one takes into consideration the medical uses of particle accelerators. Proton Beam Therapy, something we have often spoken of on the show this has the potential to be THE safe alternative to chemotherapy for cancer treatment.

Right now, think of the size of the accelerator at CERN with its 17mile ring – if the trails into Plasma Wakefield Acceleration is successful, we could be looking at machines that will fit in the palm of your hand!

Its easy to cover the nefarious aspects of current and future technologies, especially in the hands of those in charge now, but we need to flip that and use these technologies for the betterment or our fellow man.

Tony will talk about how this could be a game changer, not only medically, but in a whole plethora of fields.

There is something else about the AWAKE project that gives us an insight into the true workings of our universe. The fact that AWAKE is utilising plasma and the effects charged particles going through it, but this in fact is a hint to the the Electric Universe model that Anthony has laid out for us in the past on the show.
