Dem. Senator Asking Obama Administration to Allow Man to Marry His Adopted Son

Now that the Supreme Court has opened the door to an abominable sinful lifestyle, Esposito and Bosee Jr. want to get married, but they can’t because of the adoption. They took their case to court and asked Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Judge Lawrence J. O’Toole to dissolve the legal adoption so the two could marry.

However, O’Toole said that state law only allows him to dissolve the adoption if there is fraud involved and, since no fraud has taken place with the adoption of O’Toole, that he cannot legally dissolve the adoption.  But honoring the courts and state laws is something Democrats are not known for.

Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) has written a letter to US Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the White House asking that they take action to overturn the decision issued by Judge O’Toole. The letter reads in part:

“[Please] issue guidance for courts around the country [concerning this issue to establish a national precedent for homosexuals] so that gay couples who have previously entered into adoptions can annul them in order to receive marriage licenses. The law has changed dramatically since the adoptions were first carried out.“

Mark Hodges of OneNewsNow commented:

“Judge O’Toole noted in his ruling that the primary purpose of Esposito adopting Bosee was for money, to reduce the Pennsylvania inheritance tax payable upon the death of one of the men from 15 percent to 4 percent.”

“Sen. Casey even told the president how to legalize the dissolving of gay adoptions. His letter said the administration’s ‘guidance’ could be based on decisions other judges have made that allow the dissolution of adoptions, and Casey noted a Bucks County judge who annulled a homosexual couple’s adoption.”

First homosexuals were abusing adoption laws and now they want to abuse them further by being able to annul adoptions so they can get married. What I want to know is if Esposito and Bosee Jr. are guilty of incest since they are father and adopted son AND lovers? But again, Democrats are not concerned about such things as incest and other abominable sins. All they care about is destroying the moral fabric and foundations that America was built upon so they can create their own modern day Sodom and Gomorrah. God help us if they are not stopped soon.
