Foul-mouthed Prisoners Insult Neighborhood Girls And Women [Picture]

A prison built so close to a community in New Orleans is already causing trouble for women passing by. Several Louisiana residents have aired their complaints, claiming that inmates have been harassing and catcalling women who’re passing by a street below. The prisoners gather at the prison’s windows and target girls who’re passing.

FOX 8 reported that besides catcalling and harassing the women, some go as far as directing profanities at them. One resident recorded a video showing some of the inmates at the Orleans Parish Prison shouting phrases at women. Although the video shows that indeed they’re shouting phrases, whatever they’re saying isn’t audible.

“They stand in these windows screaming at people, catcalling myself and other women, and at times are very vulgar about it,” a woman who wanted to remain anonymous told FOX 8.
