More details on Christina Grimmie‘s murder have been released and the identity of the man who killed the singer was just revealed by the Orlando Police.

The authorities released the 27-year-old man’s name – Kevin James Loibl – and also posted a photo of him on Twitter.
“Man who shot and killed Christina Grimmie @TheRealGrimmie is Kevin James Loibl. DOB 03/10/1989,” the police department tweeted.
Authorities didn’t release the name of the killer at first as they were still trying to investigate the murder and didn’t want anyone to tamper with their search of his electronics or home. Kevin shot Christina after her concert on Friday night (June 10) and he killed himself after he was tackled by the singer’s brother.
