PLANETARY LOCKDOWN: Connecting The Space Fence, HAARP & CERN

We are joined again by Elana Freeland & her friend, “The HAARP Man” Billy Hayes to continue our series of shows concentrating on something called “The Space Fence”. The first episode is included at the bottom of these show notes and we urge you to listen to that before tuning into this follow up.

WEATHER WEAPONS

At some stage on your journey into the truth movement, you will undoubtedly encountered the topic of HAARP and weather weaponry and all the theories that go along with it. Well, Lockheed Martins “Space Fence” is the continuation of the ionospheric heating programs and putting into practice all that was learned during the initial HAARP experiments at Gakona, Alaska.

In opening up the show I speak with Elana about hot weather we are experiencing in the UK right now and ask whether or not we may be looking at some form of weather manipulation.

This comes at a time when there are protesters out in the streets in Germany & France, and then these countries are hit with rain and flooding… could it be that they can use weather to deter mass demonstrations?

Billy Hayes addresses the weather we are seeing in Europe right now, in particular the massive temperature variations that are occurring around the planet at this time.

What’s strange right now is that for the first time in so long, we are not getting bombarded with chemtrails! The skies are blue for once!

CHEMTRAILS, SPACETRAILS & SHIPPING TRAILS

Billy talks about the fact that for the next 30 to 40 years, never again will we have the pure blue skies of years gone by due to the amounts of particulates that are already dispersed in the atmosphere.

It’s not just the chemtrails we all point to coming from the planes overhead that we need to be concerning ourselves with here. We need to take into account things like space trails & shipping trails.

I ask Billy to explain the “space trails” and he gets into how all the rocket launches, missile testing, NASA missions and more leave trails in space. Every time there is a solid booster launch of a military, NASA or private missile/rocket, these trails are given off. Nano-Thermite is dispersed into the atmosphere. Hundreds of tons of this every time there is a launch. With all of this in space and in the upper atmosphere & lower earth orbit, what will eventually happen is that we will eventually have an effect that will be similar to the rings of Saturn around the equator.

Along with that, Billy & Elana bring up the trails being produced by ships too! This is another way that they are able to seed the atmosphere to turn it into a highly charged plasma that is akin to a capacitor.

SPACE FENCE

By pumping all these particulates into the atmosphere, the idea is that the military will have complete command and control via this plasma envelope that surrounds us. Elana describes this as a “global grid of influences” complete with surveillance, tracking and command & control abilities.

This is no shield like the Lockheed Martin website would suggest. This is the artificial construct from which the military/cabal can govern all wi-fi and electronic communications – the planetary lockdown!

Space Fence Solution

Construction is underway on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands to build Space Fence, a sophisticated system that will dramatically improve the way the U.S. Air Force identifies and tracks objects in space. The new system’s initial operational capability is scheduled for 2018.

With critical design review completed, the Space Fence team is focused on production of technology that will bring the system online. Space Fence will use Gallium Nitride (GaN) powered S-band ground-based radars to provide the Air Force with uncued detection, tracking and accurate measurement of space objects, primarily in low-earth orbit. Lockheed Martin engineers and U.S. Air Force personnel are testing and training on a scaled-down version of the system in Moorestown NJ known as the Integration test Bed.  The ITB provides the operational context to wring out remaining risk for end-item hardware and software prior to installation in the new Space Fence facility on Kwajalein.  

The locations and higher wave frequency of the new Space Fence radars will permit the detection of much smaller microsatellites and debris than current systems. Additionally, Lockheed Martin’s Space Fence design will significantly improve the timeliness with which operators can detect space events, which could present potential threats to GPS satellites or the International Space Station.  The flexibility and sensitivity of the system will provide coverage of deep space geosynchronous orbits while maintaining the surveillance fence.

We discuss how HAARP literally blew holes in the Ozone layer and get into the CERN’s powerful magnets. Just how does CERN tie in with the Space Fence with its magnetic field 100k times stronger that the one the Earth produces naturally.

We discuss the science and the occult aspects to what is going on at CERN & the ritual aspect that is part of all of this.

Billy gets into the cyclotronic energies that are produced by the particle spinning round the magnetic beams of CERN. The energies are such that Billy speculates that at the same time CERN fires up, other accelerators around the world fire off in the anti-clockwise direction to offset the effects from CERN.

With the magnetic poles migrating at record speed, could it be that CERN are trying to steer them, control them?

WHO RUNS THE SPACE FENCE?

So, just who runs this system? Is there one country in charge, just who has their finger on the button?

I get into the “breakaway civilization” and ask Elana her thoughts on whether or not we are looking at this elite cabal that can be traced back to WW2 and the Project Paperclip exchange of Nazi knowledge that went both East & West.

No one can argue that there are people working in the shadows, above the governments that we allegedly elect, and they are most definately a death cult that worship Lucifer, and it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that they are the ones that would love to implement this system of planetary lockdown.

ELANA FREELAND

Over the years, Elana Freeland has been a Rudolf Steiner school pioneer, teacher, lecturer, storyteller, and writer. She has written for alternative publications, edited the stories of survivors of MK-ULTRA and ritual abuse, and is still ghostwriting books on diverse topics. During her undergraduate days, she studied biology.
