Reminds me of a joke: A girl sitting at a bar says to the guy beside her, “I betcha five dollars I can pee higher up on the wall than you.” Unable to control his laughter, the guy takes the girl up on the bet. The two eloped to the bathroom and girl proceeded to pee, managing to urinate fairly high up on the wall. “Impressive,” said the guy nonchalantly, “but watch an learn; I can piss double that height.” As he proceeded to unzip his fly to take a leak on the wall, the girl stopped him short: “Not so fast quick-draw….NO HANDS ALLOWED.”

A popular Facebook post alleged last week that Target installed urinals in a women’s restroom in California.
Target representatives told us the claim is “inaccurate,” and that the company has no plans to change its restrooms, and never did. Best we can tell, the Facebook post is a one-off picture that hasn’t surfaced in any other form (other than the thousands of people sharing it).
So stop that! This claim rates Pants on Fire.

With all the time, money, media hype, and arguments on all sides, let’s just skip to coed bathrooms – even paying for a 24hour ATTENDANT will be less fuss, money, and time spend arguing than what we have not. But the social conservatives don’t like such simple solutions, they want to rant about “those evil lib’ruls” or “the gay agenda” or on beforeitsnews “the illuminati want to destory the earth” etc…so no one will listen to this sanity..
ok then at least read Politifact (which also links to Snopes which came to same conclusion) which says: FALSE
To be clear, I’m not debunking whether there is any law under consideration (haven’t looked into that one to check if it’s ANOTHER rumor or actual truth) but am debunking the FACEBOOK post that claims it’s ALREADY in Target women’s bathrooms “urinals” etc…see Politifact URL…SMH…
