Type a) A drill presented by the garbagestream media as real. Always uses crisis actors. Requires total complicity by the media. So poorly done that any investigator with an IQ over 35 can see through it, which unfortunately eliminates most of the population. Best recent examples are Sandy Hoax and the Boston Marathon. No one died or was seriously injured in either event, other than the two patsy brothers afterwards. Robbie Parker, father of a fictional murdered daughter, gets the Oscar for worst performance, though it was a tough pick. CNN has become much more careful about live streaming media for these hoaxes as their cameramen are neither clever or totally in on the scam.
Type b) This is a false flag where actually absolutely nothing happened and the “attack” was fabricated and passed on by the media out of thin air. They are rarer. The best example of this was the Gulf on Tonkin non-incident which gave Johnson the impetus to ramp up his Vietnam War big time. A total fabrication out of absolutely nothing.
I originally did not want to look at the videos of the mayhem, but after reading some of the comments here, I changed my mind. Either the videos of the mannequins were shot through cheese cloth, or someone found a cell phone from 1995. Obviously intentionally reduced resolution. These false flags no longer have any pride in craftsmanship. But I guess it is the difference now between a $50MM feature film production values and a daily soap opera.
There is something far deeper going on in this world that most of us don’t realise let alone understand. Those who have the experience in their life of premanitions etc will get what I am about to share here, others will not, but that’s okay.
Four mornings ago I woke up suddenly from an awful nightmare of someone in a vehicle slowly passing by and then speeding up to deliberately hurtle into a house full of people up ahead and kill them. The dream gave me such a jolt that it woke up Co up, who had also had a dream about people falling into a pit of red-hot. We laid in the dark trying to work out what it all could mean – the only conclusion I was able to come up with was that there was going to be a terrorist attack.
It’s only just occurred to us tonight that my dream clearly matched what happened today in Nice. The little fire balls I saw must have been the bullets that were fired. As usual, I’m now feeling frustrated after the fact – if only I’d been able to figure these things out before they happened in time to maybe try to do or say something to help prevent it. ☹
Again I am bewildered and lost for answers as to how do I and others have these experiences – how can we sometimes see details of things so clearly before they happen??? So frustratingly frustrating, to say the least, but there has to be a logical answer – that I am certain of. In two days somehow it had been hardened with a bullet resistant windscreen and sides, a task requiring knowing the exact model beforehand, mechanics with specialist repair equipment. The windscreen alone would have cost over $100,000. The Windscreen replacement is a TWO man job with a winch, made especially difficult because of the weight of a bulletproof screen at 150Kilos or more and the height at over 2 meters. A job for an experienced fitter with specialist tools in this case military rental.

Oddly enough, though you repeat me you have just confirmed with the video everything said, a toughened safety glass windscreen shatters with the first shot, there is the rare occasion where it comes through annealing as normal glass and becomes shards, here the video link shows 26 non penetrating small calibre rounds into a windscreen some closely spaced which would have shattered into fragments unless it was a sandwich with plastic composite, which by density and design happens to be over three times the mass of the equivalent glass replacement.

Cars start at £56,000 for the Windscreen, it has a 5 year lifespan. looking at the holes, they are real but did not penetrate with cracks across the windscreen according to the video, shows at below left as the light is seen through the drivers window.
If bullet resistant offers no protection I am certain the manufacturer will offer a full refund, on personal application that is(Rated according to EN 1063). The windscreen would be rated for small arms as BR2 and useful in a small skirmish between Bloods and Crips as you drive, but useless against the average redneck rifle rampage. You can buy and install the lower BR2 & 3 as a private owner – if you have the dosh.
You get bullet resistance hardening your car by installing hardened steel plate, however you have to upgrade suspension, breaks, gearbox, engine just to handle the added mass the cost is astronomical.

I hear you but look a bit closer at the windscreen. there are definitely cracks spanning out from the bullet holes, which do in fact penetrate the windscreen, according to the video.
Bullet resistant does not mean bullet proof, it means the round is slowed sufficiently that it either stops or when passes through most of its velocity is spent.

DK, I respect your work and the information you provide here but if there is any hint of declaring this event a hoax rather than a false flag (which is definitely possible), I’m going to challenge it.
This event happened, people died, the shootings were real, and I see no proof of anything faked.
