Government Works to Make Rescuing People Illegal...Unless You Buy a State-Issued Permit!
As the people of Louisiana continue to struggle in the aftermath of widespread flooding, the “government” works overtime to make things worse…of course!!
Orwell wrote, “In times of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.” Well, today, at least in Louisiana, legislators are working hard to make sure there’s ANOTHER act we need to count as “revolutionary” – Saving the life of another fellow human or an animal.
That’s right, those in “government,” those wonderful “elected officials,” want to FORCE you (through the magic of the legislative process) to BUY a PERMIT and take government approved classes, if you desire to lend a helping hand to a neighbor in need. I know…you’re shocked by this (sarcasm), but if they have their way, you’re going to have to ask for and receive PERMISSION before you can save a struggling fellow human.

I know the government has made it illegal to collect rain water so by those laws now in place, and government is trying to be God, maybe the people of Louisiana should sue the us government for flood damage. I mean, government has rights over rain water right? If that’s the case then they are responsible for the flooding right? Even though they don’t truly own the rain (the government) if they claim all rights over the rain water which caused the floods, they are ultimately held responsible for paying the people who had flood damage and by all rights, people should be able to sue.
There was a hiker stranded on a mountain in New Mexico some years back and needed to be rescued. She called 911 from her cell phone, but apparently there was something wrong with the 911 system that day and it kept routing her to non emergency, anyway she finally got through to 911 and they dispatched a state police dept. helicopter to go and get her, but it couldn’t land to pick her up because they had to wait for permission from the National Forrest service to land. By then bad weather was moving in, and it was getting dark, after some time they finally got to permission to land and pick her up. So they were able pick her up, but because of the bad weather and zero visibility they crashed into the side of a snow covered mountain at 12,000 ft, and the the woman and the pilot were killed, one state police officer survived. But this just goes to show the level of ridiculousness when dealing with gobernment bureaucracy, not only did people die needlessly and tragically, but they ended up having to clean up the mess of the helicopter wreckage on the precious rocks that they were so concerned about in the first place.
TAXES and CONTROL are the motivations for all US law.
Recurring fees for application, training, certification, licensing are the economic motivation for law. Fees are Taxes. Every cent collected by a government is a Tax!
The insatiable desire by government to identify, locate, and manage what might otherwise be considered private resources are the Control aspect of law.
The US government supersedes all and everything. All laws and taxes are designated for the exclusive use of the government. Some of these taxes may be distributed among the citizens by the government, but the benefit is for the government and only incidental to the people!
The government owns all and everything that may be incorporated. By the way, this includes God. A religious entity must come under the Control of a 401C3 or pay Taxes to worship!!!!

I’m not sure that I understand the Bush involvement, but the fact is, in the land of “freedom of speech”, the government has no business approving or disapproving anyone’s speech unless it’s slander or results in physical damages.
The 501C3 is an interesting invention. If concocted properly, the individuals running the show stand to benefit greatly and remain inside the law. The clintons, on the other hand, are just a pair of tasteless country boobs and apparently tried to skip over essential parts pertaining to the construction and operation of a 501c3.
The 501c3 was basically invented to stop pastors from talking politics from the pulpit, so that they couldn’t influence voting, Lyndon Johnson (author of the 501c3) didn’t like the way that pastors were able to sway the vote at election time. In 2006 Ge0rge w Bu$h put into law executive order 13397 which makes all churches with a 501c3 official government agencies, with the power to lobby law. So for example; if a pastor that has a 501c3 preaches a sermon about the evils of the R0man cath0lic church, he could have his 501c3 status revoked, because the */atican isn’t just a church, it is a church/state corporation, therefore preaching against the R0man cath0lic church would be considered officially illegal.
