2 Occupiers Take Pleas, Jerry DeLemus - "Isn't Perjury Against the Law?" Judge Brown - "It's a Little Complicated."

Jerry DeLemas, one of the so-called “occupiers” at the Malheur Reserve had court today. You may recall the reports back in early March of 2016 of the arrest of Jerry DeLemus, a 61-year-old New Hampshire co-chair for Trump, and husband of New Hampshire state Rep. Susan DeLemus.
During the discussion of the plea deal he was about to sign, DeLemus asked Judge Anna Brown that if he signed the plea, knowing that he was not guilty, wouldn’t that be perjury? He added, “And isn’t perjury against the law?” Judge Brown responded that it “wasn’t all black and white”…and that it was “a little complicated.”
