Ammon Bundy continued on the witness stand today in his own defense against charges brought by the Federal Government against him and those who stood, peacefully and principled, for the Constitution in Harney County, OR.

The Judge and the Feds continue to try and stifle Defense witness testimony. Ammon Bundy is getting objected to continually, and video evidence is not being allowed, Defense attorneys are doing their best to get truth out to the jurors.

Judge Anna Brown refusal to allow reference to the Constitution and not allowing Ryan Bundy to read from it is disgusting.
The argument that the Defense cannot call witnesses to save the JURORS time is ridiculous on its face. The days they spent trying to scare the jurors with their parade of guns and ammo took up way too much of their time. That could have been handled in an hour or two, tops. It is patently unfair that the Feds can call 50 witnesses and spend 2 days on guns, but the Defense cannot call less than that.
Complaining about Lee Rice’s appearance in the gallery, compared to the FBI Agent Walker’s daily appearance in court is ridiculous. If they strike Lee Rice’s testimony, they need to strike Walker and his parade of guns.

Did you ever hear – you can’t fight city hall? Our legal and judicial systems are corrupt at the core. We will find NO justice there.
Thank God Ammon, Ryan and David don’t feel the same way. They are corrupt indeed, but what is happening in Portland is putting cracks in the walls. That’s why the Nevada stuff is so locked down. The charges in Nevada only came about because the Feds were butt hurt that We the People had a victory. They know they have no case, search Michele Fiore’s report on that on WND, I believe. It’s a matter of time and these brave men and suffering families deserve to be supported through their trial. I’ve stood in Portland on the ground with these people, I’ve been in that corrupt courtroom. It’s time to stand by them, not presume defeat. They won in Bunkerville, lest we forget.
