Next – One of the carriers began rotating counter clockwise. Does this represent a “rotation” of a location for an aircraft carrier in the future? Aircraft carriers do rotate in their assignments. Again, the rotation was counter clockwise.
As it rotated, I heard the word, “inland.” I do not know what it meant. Was this to signify the location of the event?”

The premise is wrong, the US fleet is not a defensive weapon but a tool of power projection. US shore based aircraft defend the US, each carrier has a shore based equivalent airbase for NAVY jets with 3 crews on rotation. All the ‘threats’ are covered by a multiply redundant interception system using redeployed USN and USAF air assets based ashore, the US coast will now be far more secure with re-tasked Carrier ASW assets paroling the national waters against the threat carriers are ‘almost’ defenceless against, Submarines.
