to whit according to the rules Barry Obama falls foul because his father is a Kenyan(Barack Obama) without US Nationality or he is in fact the illegitimate son of Frank Marshall Davis a communist but natural born US citizen. Barry originally believed Barack was his father since he married his mother polygamously, however at that time it might have been a marriage of convenience since Barack snr was on a student visa. His family always question the parentage of Barry. Again with only one US citizen as parent Barry would have to have been naturalized after birth to obtain Citizenship, my belief is that Barry is Barry Davis Jnr and fully American and because he claims by believing falsely his real father is Barack Obama he disqualified himself to save his mother reputation. This entire affair is due to the fact there IS no Birth Certificate because he was born at home and has no SSC because he was educated in Indonesia.
