Is it at all possible that someone is speaking FOR Hawking? It’s highly possible.
Yup. Hawking probably died in 1998. And since then, they drive around a wax automaton in a wheelchair and make him say whatever the hell they feel like. They write books and sign his name to them.
Why the hell wouldn’t they?
And even if he’s still alive, it’s not like he can DO anything about it.
I believe Hawking is the only person to have survived this long with his type of illness. The average life span after being diagnosed with ALS is 5 years. Hawkings diagnosed at 21 should of been gone by 25. He has lived 50 years past the ALS diseases life expectancy. I also believe with a good Hollywood mechanized human design crew modeling Hawkings and some CG he could be made to look like he’s living forever.
But maybe the poor soul was just misdiagnosed in the first place.
