Mistrial Declared in 1st Bundy Trial In Nevada

A mistrial was declared in the first tier of the Bundy trial today in Las Vegas, NV. Two of the defendants were found guilty, details below. This means the remaining defendants will have to start all over in June. This may also affect the start of the next tier of defendants which is set to begin June 26th, the same day the judge says this re-trial is going to begin.

Amazing police presence, including cry baby officer Jenkins. There was even a metro helicopter flying overhead with the bay open and a sniper at the ready, shown in Part 1. DISGUSTING! Like Carol Bundy, who came to hear the verdict said, “It’s overkill.”

FINAL VERDICTS
Greg Burleson, 8 counts guilty – this is the man who we found out during the trial was a Federal informant. Should give a heads up to all those other informants out there, eh?
Todd Engle, 2 counts guilty – these are lesser charges and Todd should get time served. Well, SHOULD is the operative word here.
The others, mistrial. There is a hearing scheduled in May. The judge said they might called a trial date on June 25th or 26th, but that is the court date for Cliven, Ammon, Ryan Bundy, Pete Santilli, and Ryan Payne.

Steven Stewart – Ricky Lovelien – 10 to 2 for Acquittal
Eric Parker – 7 to 5 for Acquittal
Had the Jury not been confused about the form they would have voted for unanimous NOT GUILTY on both conspiracy charges. Will let you know when I hear more
