As I was shutting down the ‘watchman control desk’ last night I noticed a large center of rotation quickly develop over the Central US, with the strongest part (right side) directly over the state of Missouri. I’ve seen these before and yes, they have caused considerable wide spread damage…for several days! This one however went immediately into full force dropping a large powerful tornado over the town of Goodman doing catastrophic damage. The system is still out there moving in a ENE direction towards the Eastern US. God Speed to the great people of Goodman.

A STRONG weather disturbance is brewing in the Southeastern US that will be making its way into SW & Central Georgia putting them at high risk for tornadoes and strong straight line winds. Strong storms did considerable damage on the April 3rd and they decided to take no chances this time around as a new round of severe weather is heading that way tomorrow, April 5.
