Conclusion

Manchester UK now where Oslo Sweden should be in latitude and longitude, orbital shift moved UK east and south (Winter) currently 500 miles further North (Summer) (easy to check use Google planetarium, change location until RA, timestamp and Declanation match suns positon ), corrispondingly Russia is further north Moscow experineced its first summer snow in July, North America has moved south The world is a ball, move one side with your finger down, the other side moves up. Redshift 2, Apparently by Redshift, the Earths rotation has altered by around 1 hr since 1995 (perhaps 2 minutes a year over 20 years)

note: expect the google softare to predict the suns location for last year after its ‘updates’ from NASA it has not kept pace with this year fortunately – this does not mean sunset and sunrise will alter, the time of day will change in minutes and is not verifyable, cloud stops most observations the optical affect of the atmosphere itself introduces an error in the order of minutes..

NW is -45°(315°) W is -90°(270°), the UK should never get a sunset at NW

Software not explaining but calculating Suns position as minus RA West + East

15 degrees in hour.(multiply hours by 15 first before entering into a conversion bot)
24 hours in 360 degree circle
1 Degree = 60 minutes.

Redshift 2 was released in 1995 by Maris Multimedia, it runs from a CD Rom from star charts from the Soviet Union era and is not updated.
I messed up this being my first attempt at calculating decimal degrees using an online conversion service by not multiplying hours by 15 but entering the number directly !
