Bundy Ranch: Tyrannical Judge Navarro Hand Picks Jury in Bundy Ranch Trial! (Video)
On the last day of jury Selection for the Bundy Ranch retrial, Judge Gloria Navarro made a complete mockery of our so-called justice system by rigging the jury Soviet Union style against political prisoners Eric Parker, Steven Stewart, Scott Drexler and Ricky Lovlein.
You see ladies and gentlemen, under our American Judicial system we have rights, and all men and woman are supposed to have the presumption of Innocence until they are convicted by a jury of their peers.
The Sixth amendment states: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Also under our judicial system the defense is supposed to to be allowed to be a part of picking a jury along with the prosecution so the government can’t stack the jury against the accused. This is called impaneling an impartial jury and is part of the 6th amendment and ensures a fair and impartial jury.
Well, I guess old Judge Navarro didn’t like the makeup of this jury so she decides to put back on the jury the 5 Jurors which the defense team had used their peremptory challenges on to prevent those potential Jurors of the jury from being selected because of their obvious bias against the clients of the defense. Judge Navarro did this by agreeing with the prosecution’s motion of gender bias in the defense challenges which resulted in these five individuals not being selected for the jury, stating that the defense team had challenged the five people from jury selection for the sole cause that they were males.
Eric Parker, Ricky Lovelien, Steven Stewart and Scott Drexler are back in a Vegas courtroom for a retrial of charges related to the 2014 Bunkerville Standoff.
Judge Gloria Navarro declared a mistrial in the case in April when the jury could not reach a consensus for the majority of charges against the defendants.
Two of the defendants, Gregory Burlson and Todd Engel, were found guilty on some of the charges and will not be retried on the remaining charges. They are scheduled to be sentenced later this month.
Jury Selection in the new trial began this week with Judge Navarro immediately taking over the process.
From eyewitness accounts in the courtroom, we were told of the seemingly “rigged” system that the Judge used to select the jury she wanted.
Under Rule 24, The government has 6 peremptory challenges and the defendant or defendants jointly have 10 peremptory challenges when the defendant is charged with a crime punishable by imprisonment of more than one year. The court may allow additional peremptory challenges to multiple defendants, and may allow the defendants to exercise those challenges separately or jointly.
In this case, with four defendants, the defense began with 10 strikes and the prosecution with 6. Each party was given one additional strike. Specifically, each defendant was given an additional strike and the prosecution should have been given an additional strike as well.
Prior to jury selection beginning, the prosecution filed several motions. One of these motions was to have the prosecution receive an equal number of additional strikes as the defense. This is not considered fair to the defense of multiple defendants, and is not normally allowed.
Keep in mind that the “system” is supposed to be set up with the presumption of innocence for the defendants, and the burden to prove otherwise placed upon the prosecution.
Judge Navarro, however, agreed with that motion and granted the prosecution 4 additional strikes. She also ruled in favor of the prosecution on every single pre-trial motion!

The courts are using legalese . I have won every time I defended myself and didn’t submit to their threats. You keep protecting a satanic system of gov. You are helping to keep us slaves . Tell us then, if we are wrong then why is there a gold fringe flag in the courtroom, do flags have no meaning?
Let me see if I get this right. This executive administrator is pretending to be a judge in an area where she has no jurisdiction and no one is calling out the treason. There have been no judges since 1789!

Did she swear an oath to defend the constitution of the we the people? No, she did not. She works for the state and the BAR, British Accredited Regency and is a foreign agent and a traitor.

Any government income that did not come from the tax payer is an act of treason. If the government buys land (honestly and they don’t) then it belongs to the people, not the government. As far as the judge picking the jury, this is not legal, both the prosecution and defense have to agree with the choices as the jury has to be neutral. Nowhere are there checks and balances in this kangaroo court.

Agenda 21 is one of those weird boogyman. It is a non binding document that tries to make living space habitable and sustainable. You don’t have to adhere to it and the paper only provides very vague guidelines that most cities already adhere to some level of it even if they haven’t signed up to it. Bundy is in this situation because he didn’t want to pay grazing feeds on federal land. Land that is owned by the people. most of the ranchers paid it. he just left a tab of over a million dollars. It all went stupid when he tried to claims ancestral rights. With the ancestral rights claim, the indigenous people would have owned it.
And if you read it, The judge didn’t pick the jury just agreed with the prosecution that there was a imbalance of gender representation in the jury and should be adjusted accordingly.

YOU as someone who may experience “court” .. might be getting that too.. Federal Court Rooms were created by our Constitution.. and to be told you can’t use “The Constitution, 1st or 2nd Amendment, Free Speech, nor read/quote or mention our Constitution”.. you might have corrupt judges/courts.. Since I would like the Bundy’s to go to prison I think this is a great move by the judge. Since he has been locked up there haven’t been any of his “free range” bulls and cows running through my backyard eating my plants. It’s been great having him locked up. He owes more than a million in grazing fees which the other rancher paid. Cliven is nothing but a millionaire freeloader.

This Judge is just making it super easy to throw this trial out and the results of the jury’s final verdict. Judges who interfere in cases especially when it comes to jury meddling are very likely to have the trial set aside or retried, where the case is then referred to a new Judge for retrial. This Judge just made a mockery of herself.
