We have a NOT GUILTY verdict in the Tier 3 Bundy trial! Not Guilty on 34 of the 40 charges, the rest were hung. So tonight Eric Parker, Rick Lovelein, Steve Stewart, Scott Drexler SHOULD all be FREE MEN, as they should have been out on bail all these months.  Eric Parker and Scott Drexler will have a hearing on their hung charges. As the wonderful David Fry (the last man standing at Malheur) would say, “Halleluyah!

They are having a detention hearing for the hung charges on Eric Parker and Scott Drexler in the morning. Both of them were supposed to be moved to a half way house tonight.  The last word was that the half way houses are full, (Las Vegas, go figure) so we’ll have to wait and see if they allow their release, AS THEY SHOULD!   More updates to come.
