The main ingredient in this mouthwash is baking soda. • 1 tbsp. baking soda
• Half a tsp. salt
• Half a cup warm water
• Half a cup hydrogen peroxide
• One cup cold water
• You’ll also need a toothbrush, a toothpick and a small pot or cup

Method of preparation:

Start by mixing the baking soda and the salt. Soak your toothbrush in a cup of warm water for a minute or two then apply the baking soda-salt mixture on your toothbrush. Brush your teeth with it for about two minutes and spit it out. Next you need to mix the hydrogen peroxide in the warm water and wash your oral cavity with this mixture, swishing it in your mouth for 60 seconds or so. Spit it out in the end. Use the toothpick to remove the tartar residues between your teeth and rinse again with some cold water. Repeat this treatment two times per week.
