Destry James Payne, aka FREEWILL whom owns/operates Nesara News Blog (http://nesaranews.blogspot.com) has been thrown in jail (kidnapped by police) in Michigan, again, OGEMAW COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY, WEST BRANCH, MI, case through OSCODA COUNTY, MIO, MI and according to his brother, no docket or case access online for Oscoda County District Court, none that he is able to find!  Destry is also the Communications Secretary for the National Assembly Call by way of the Michigan Jural Assembly.  Attacks against his fight for our freedom have been continuous, including, but not limited to:

- Blocking of all outgoing emails from the National Assembly
- Tapping and garbling of his cell phone and land line
- Kidnapping by Police (last time was for 139 days, each week a judge asking him to submit to the deeps state’s authority, each week Destry responding with “no,” they held him as long as they could by law, 139 days)
- Kidnapping by Police again this last Monday afternoon (in order to stop Nesara News and block the National Assembly’s forward progress.

ANSWERS:

1)  Corporations are not real living persons and therefore are not protected by the BILL OF RIGHTS, which lists the God given inalienable rights our fore fathers recognized God had graced us with at our conception and at the beginning of our existence as members of the human race.  If you wrongly thought you still had the Constitution, wrong again!  They stole that one from us just nearly after we got it some 300 years ago, by changing “for” to “of” and lopping off the “America, we went from “Constitution for the United States Of America,” to “Constitution of the United States = fake document = does not protect = enslaves humanity by way of slitting America’s throat and by choking Lady Liberty.

2)  The definition of “person” found above is proof that the criminal de facto government created a corporation in our name(s) (ie.. QUINCY Q QUAGMIRE), several days after our birth, on the date found on our birth certificate(s), to hold all our assets until the day we should be found, as we are all “missing, presumed dead.”  The criminal government did this when our parents failed to copyright our name with the local county recorders office at the time of our birth(s).  This is a farce to begin since copyright law and trademark law gives ownership to the individual(s) who can prove date of first conception, and since our parents obviously conceived our name(s) first, before handing it over to the government, the ownership of our name(s) belongs to our parents, implicitly, by common sense, and without need for proving, and ownership then passed to us through natural succession.   Want to fix this?  Google Anna Von Reitz and educate yourself from her written articles and then use the prepared forms she has provided and get off your butt and copyright ALL FORMS OF YOUR NAME with the local county recorders office where you were born!

hope you recognize destry is the admin for the national assemblies forum, so coms sent to both the blog and the forums effectively hit a dead end with destry being away. i don’t know why he didn’t have at least 1 or 2 other admins for the forums. the blog, olive oyl has admin access but not sure that she has access/opportunity thru her admin acct to deal with incoming coms. seeing a trend? destry needs to get some friggin redundancy going, backups for when he’s unavailable.
