Has it dawned on you not being seen anywhere else is no damned recommendation? How many pennies do you get from Jason A video promotion? Is an honest job that scary?

You know something, you liquor bibbing, stoned-out, son of a female dog in heat and of more than likely questionable character, I might add, but with metaphysical certitude great regret your mother not becoming a nun, as soon as they smacked your prophesied foggy brain on the ass? You are right about work, anyway. Unless one has had some sort of heavy duty, meaningful, sometimes hard fought career of some sort, they are not only lazy assed, but lazy assed, underdeveloped cretins, who have entirely missed the joys of honest accomplishment and the growth that accompanies this.
Doctor, though? That’s truly something shocking. Was that in more sober days? I don’t mean to pry, and you don’t have to say, but did you retire, or did too many die on the operating table? Did that malpractice insurance go through the roof, maybe only Lloyd’s of London left? Mistook something hooked to an oxygen tank for a bong? Woke up to a BeforeItsNews screen, probably thought you were in hell, first glance, but still unable to remember the explosion? To be perfectly frank, unless you’re a coroner, I’m not altogether certain I would feel comfortable being one of your patients.

It’s no surprise you’re generous, in your own way. I think I will pass on that. Probably good for you, too, since you would windup needing dentures, that is, if you came out of the coma. Here I was thinking you were a hospital sort of doctor, and I was going to research episodes of Dateline and 48 Hours for mysteries involving patients that never left your hospital, maybe look for titles like Bong Smoke and Mirrors, or Shot in a Glass. Much more of that liquor and wacky weed, you’ll be going around the house, trying to do root canals on plants.
You must have some thoughts on toothpaste, when you’re not stoned, anyway. I think toothpaste companies are full of shit, all of them bragging how their special toothpaste remineralizes like a toothpaste never, heretofore, has, since Alexander the Great. Or how their paste has been shown to prevent tooth decay, better than any other toothpaste, by removing harmful bacteria, and, hell, as if baking soda wouldn’t remove bacteria, too, like brushing teeth with anything would. All that aside, the only damned thing any of those toothpastes have is fluoride, when you read the box, and all of the OTC about the same ionized amount. I used to buy this designer toothpaste that’s supposed to grow new teeth, as it were, approved of by some smiley bitch on TV, with a sparkly mouth and skipping off to turn some tricks, until I read the box, got pissed off by something that did not make sense. They all have fluoride the active ingredient, the cheap ones no big differences. I started buying dollar toothpaste, with the same fluoride all of them have, and it seems to work better, even tastes better.
I remember one dentist telling me Colgate is the best, but that was only because his sorry ass was getting loaded up with free Colgate samples to give out. Nothing wrong with Colgate, but it’s no damned best anything. Fluoride and some non-calcium abrasive is fluoride and some non-calcium abrasive. You probably tell your patients some wacky weed toothpaste is the best, fluoride and microcrystalline pot seed hulls or some such hippy shit?

Before people had to do all kinds of things to be saved and have your sins washed clean, but now all you have to do is ask.
