Police officers are trained to constrain large men, never mind 14 year old girls and he just hit the naiil o n the head when he said they were trying to constrain ‘children’ brawling! You sad bunch of ‘fuques’! It looks like the streets of Britain are beginning to resemble US techniques of ‘constraining people’. When my boys were growing up as teenagers in London in the 80′s itheir methods were bad enough. I twice had to make an official complain against certain police officers and we were given an apology and assurance that it would never happen again. Personally if it were my daughter on the receiving end of this mayhem, I would probably have taken the law into my own hands and possibly with a 4 x 4 if I did not receiive an absolute assurance that this would never happen again. Police seem to be becoming bullies using the ultimate force against as the guy said ‘children’ ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE.
Agreed. The female officer even tries to stop the thug cop from hitting her again and holds his arm to stop him. The thug copper needs to be charged with battery and thrown out of the force.
