The Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution states: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” - HOW you know you live under the thumb of CRIME SYNDICATE rule.

A simple formula exists to calculate what is “reasonable” fines/court fees, and what is “not reasonable.”

The average is around $130 per day.

So when our friend, “FREEWILL” just found out that the court set a fine value of $3500 for what the police claim was “resisting arrest” when in fact all he did was hand the officer an “Act of State” immunity document, what the court is basically doing is setting a fine equal to about 26.92 days (the value that most states have placed on a “person’s time.”  

$3,500 / $130 (wrongfully incarcerated) = $26.92 days

So not only is the court placing “Freewill” in jail for 90 days, they are also fining him $26.92 days worth of his time (value set by criminal de facto government).

If I get a parking ticket, for not making it to the meeter by 1 minute (remember, our constitution says innocent until proven guilty) so once you have the parking ticket, there are no witnesses to say how late you were to the meter, so 1 minute late is the same as 4 hours late.  If my parking ticket then is $45.00, what is really happening is the city is fining me for an equivalent value for .34 day(s) worth of my time:

$45 / $130 (wrongfully incarcerated) = .34 days worth of my time (value set by criminal de facto government).

So how is:

 .34 days = 8.16 hours = 489 minutes  = A reasonable fine for being late to the meter by one minute?
