If thought out correctly, President Trump will remove the pass rights to all currently holding them, then reissue everyone with a new Press conduct agreement also imposing a single question time limit and one question per session per badge holder, go over the time limit and no live answers which will be by press release at a later date.
Severely over the time limit and rights to question time will be removed from the network until their deficit is cleared by being present and accruing the question time back. Questioning whilst not their turn or interrupting other members of the press will incur a time penalty for the network and the White house will pursue the Journalist for infringement of 1st amendment rights of the other networks which lost their time by disruption the rights to act as plaintif on behalf of them will be contracted to the White House as part of the Press conduct agreement, which will state in the new clause that any Journalist under civil action for breaching 1st amendement Constitutional Rights of the other networks, loses the right to a press pass until the network settles the case, and repeated offenses will involve the loss of credentials for the Network. The United States Constitution created three branches of government the Judicial, Legislative and Executive. This Judge has no such authority over the Executive branch and also has no way to enforce his ruling except possibly by a Untied States Federal Marshall. Constitutional crisis is likely coming as two law enforcement agencies will go nose to nose over this issue. Secret Service and Federal Marshall. Trump still does not have to obey until the Supreme Court rules on this issue. That is correct Donald Trump should make a federal case of it, and still on a daily basis do not give him his press pass. It could take many months.
You are correct. I forgot about that. Supreme Court only issues an opinion or advisory to Congogress and the President on the Constitutionality of the matter.
However, Trump TRUMPED the Supreme Court today. You can watch his opinion. Now all the press has been put on notice on the behavior of the one man they uhh, trumped up to represent them.
