This Cop May Go to Jail for Life! What She Did Is Horrific!

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Real quick alert for you guys. For the next 13 days I’ll be uploading to this channel due to my 2nd community guidelines censorship strike by YouTube. Because of that strike I can’t upload to HighImpactVlogs for 2 weeks. What was my infraction? I put out this video (http://bit.ly/CommunityStrikeVideo), which lays out the case for the hypersexualization and exploitation of a little kid by Mainstream Media….and others involved. Apparently, people in legacy media care so much about making that almighty dollar that they’ve lost their ability to determine right from wrong in the process.

Please take a second right now to subscribe to my email list, my bitchute channel, this back up channel and my other social media links before they completely erase me from their platform. Also…It would be a huge favor to me if you could go to my HighImpactVlogs channel and watch a couple of videos a day…this’ll help to keep the views up so that channel doesn’t sink to the bottom of the trending channels on the internet. When channels aren’t getting views…they tend to die because they aren’t trending. Thanks guys.

According to county court records, former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger was indicted for murder on Friday for killing an unarmed 26-year-old in his apartment.

A Dallas County grand jury delivered the indictment Friday after considering the evidence against Guyger on Monday and Wednesday.

She was initially arrested on a manslaughter charge, three days after the Sept. 6 shooting death of Botham Jean. Mesquite police Lt. Stephen Biggs said Guyger turned herself in to the Mesquite jail at 1:03 p.m. Friday. He said records didn’t show what time she was released, but she was gone before 3:30 p.m. He said her bond was $200,000.

Jean’s parents spoke after a news conference where Dallas County District Attorney Faith Johnson announced the indictment.

His father, Bertrum Jean, said the family took comfort and consolation in the grand jury’s decision.

“It is such a hard thing to go through,” he said. “We miss our boy dearly.” (clip)

Allison Jean said she knew her son was a victim of murder “from the start” and thanked the community and the DA’s office for securing the new case against Guyger.

“I truly believe that she inflicted tremendous evil on my son,” she said. “I look forward to the next test, which is a conviction of murder of Amber Guyger, and more so of a penalty, a proper penalty so she can reflect on what she has done.”

Bertrum Jean said he and his wife were “elated” at the news and have faith that Botham’s “legacy will live on.”

Court records reflect the new charge against Guyger, which carries a punishment of up to life in prison. A charge of manslaughter would have carried a penalty of up to 20 years.

According to her story, 30 year old Guyger had just finished her shift on the night of Sept. 6 when she entered Jean’s home and shot him as he watched a late-night football game. Think about this guys, you’re sitting there watching TV and a costumed armed thug comes into your house and blows you or one of your family members away. Imagine if someone was in there with Botham. What if it was his brother tackled the assailant and held her down till the police got there. They probably would have shot him too as they tried to protect their fellow uniformed thug.

Guyger told authorities she had mistaken Botham Jean’s apartment for her own before she shot him. That’s just flat out stupid. I’ve come home pretty tired many nights but never went to the wrong apartment.

The case has been assigned to state District Judge Tammy Kemp. A former prosecutor who took the bench in 2015. , According to court records. Kemp ordered Guyger to surrender her passport Friday and not to travel outside the state without approval. She’s also forbidden from using alcohol or drugs.

Kemp was just elected to a second term. In 2013, she was the lead prosecutor in a case where a Dallas County jury gave the death penalty to a man who drowned two sons in a pungent, murky creek to get back at their mother.

The grand jury could have voted to indict Guyger for manslaughter, the count she was initially arrested on, or another charge, or they could have decided she should face no charges at all, which would have been a serious travesty of justice.

Grand jurors heard evidence in the case Monday and Wednesday, leaving that night without voting on whether to indict Guyger. They returned Friday and voted.

Court records show the indictment was a “grand jury referral,” indicating that prosecutors sought a murder count instead of the manslaughter charge Guyger was arrested on by Texas Rangers.

Jean was killed as he watched football in his apartment a few blocks north of Dallas police headquarters in the Cedars. Amber Guyger, who had just finished her police shift, entered and shot him.

Guyger, told authorities she thought Jean’s apartment was her own and believed he was a burglar. Jean lived in the apartment directly above Guyger’s at the South Side Flats complex.

Guyger was arrested on a manslaughter charge on Sept. 9, three days after the shooting, and was booked into the Kaufman County Jail. She has been free ever since she posted bond that night.

Because grand jury proceedings are secret, it is unknown exactly what evidence prosecutors presented to the jurors. But attorneys for the Jean family said both Allison Jean, Botham’s mother, and his sister Allisa Charles-Findley testified.

The attorneys for the Jean family, who are representing them in the federal lawsuit they filed against Guyger and the city of Dallas, have said they are hopeful for a murder indictment.

attorney Lee Merritt said, “Anything less, we feel, would be a miscarriage of justice,”

Guyger’s attorney, Robert Rogers, has declined to comment.

In a Facebook post Thursday, Merritt warned against any statements promising a backlash if Guyger wasn’t charged with murder, saying they could be used as an argument to move the case out of Dallas County.

He predicted “A murder indictment will be handed down. Statements threatening retribution if it is not will do nothing to help secure that outcome and can only hurt the cause of justice for #BothamJean.”

Another lawyer, Daryl Washington, said the attorneys were unsure why the grand jury proceedings had stretched over multiple days.

Washington said. “This has taken much longer than even the Jordan Edwards case, where there were more live witnesses,” “We don’t know why it’s taken this long, but the one thing that we hope that happens is the right decision comes out of this grand jury room.”

Jordan was 15 years old when he was fatally shot by ex-Balch Springs officer Roy Oliver, who was found guilty of murder and sentenced to 15 years when he was tried in August.

After Jean’s death, protesters rallied for weeks in Dallas. The 26-year-old was buried on Sept. 24, the same day Guyger was fired from the Dallas Police Department.

Jean, who grew up on the Caribbean island, came to the U.S. to attend Harding University in Arkansas and later moved to Dallas for a job at PwC as an accountant. He had hoped one day to return to St. Lucia and run for prime minister.

Hall, the police chief of the Dallas thug patrol, said in a statement that everyone in the department feels “anguish about this difficult and tragic” shooting of Jean. She said the department is working to make changes.

“We recognize and understand the national discord regarding the relationship between law enforcement and the communities we serve,”

What a joke. These armed, badged and uniformed thugs aren’t serving and protecting, they’re harassing, collecting and killing. They are mere policy enforcers using their monopoly on violence to increase the coffers of the state. They are armed revenue generators.

The chief said. “We have developed the framework for policy change, have supported the restructuring of the Citizen Review Board, pushed to exceed the basic requirements of implicit bias training, and have relied on input from our employee advisory and community advisory boards. We have more work to do and we remain committed to improving our relationships throughout the city.”

That’d be like a common thief saying that he and his den of thieves are committed to improving their relationships with the people they routinely plunder. It’s absolute insanity. Leave your thoughts about this for the world and the google thought police in the comments section below.

Terrible mistake of Negro worship occurring. I believe she should be charged with no more than manslaughter but maybe even let go. She just worked a 15 hour shift and probably arrested so much Negroes that day and when she came home she must be thinking why do Negroes commit so many crimes?

Then what does she see? A NEGRO in her apartment. She was alarmed and was thinking WTF?

It is quite obvious to me she mistook that apartment for hers. A terrible accident and ever more terrible Negro worship will now take place and instead of justice there will be REVENGE.

      You KILLED A NEGRO!

We could have had another Negro “President”. What a waste!

There are consequences when the ‘elite flood your country with low IQ people who have a penchant for rape, violence, riots, robbery and crime, etc.

They get stereotyped by the common as a self-defense mechanism. The one they call, fire, ready, AIM.

It sounds like first degree murder. I can entertain the possibility of mistaking the apartment for her own, but upon encountering someone watching television, she should have used her police training to attempt an arrest, keep the person at gun point while calling for backup, or exiting until backup arrives. Any of those actions would have provided a split second to assess and realize the mistaken apartment. Her action showed utter contempt for life as no effort was made to avoid killing the man. She must have assumed she could get away with killing him since she believed he was in her apartment, and thus she appointed herself executioner. Such a willingness to kill under the perceived lack of liability is a form of premeditation even if the event itself occurred very rapidly leaving little time to think. And as previously stated, had she followed a reasonable protocol, she would have had enough time to realize her mistake. Her propensity for murder is what precluded a correct response.

Cops are CRAP Period !!! They all stick together and LIE to protect each other by their misguided sense of “Loyalty” but they’ll set up or pounce on an innocent victim in a “New York City SECOND” or outright STEAL you cash and anything of value that they WANT if the opportunity presents it’s self and they THINK that they can get away with it !!! They are the best paid and MOST corrupt GANGS out there and the Very LAST people that I would EVER call for ANYTHING !!! I have loads of respect for Firefighters and I have absolutely NO respect for Cops !!!

the purpose of police is to prevent crime and solve crime – nearly zero crime is prevented by police and more than 70% of crimes remains unsolved. Of the <30% of crime which is solved, more than 70% of that comes from public tip offs

there are no 'good' police, when a bad police officer commits a crime (like bashing the crap out of someone they arrest) other police do not arrest and charge him accordingly, they become "accessories after the fact" and are just as bad as the bad cop

the purpose of police has become utterly corrupted by corrupt pollyticians, they are now nothing more than armed tax collectors, stealing money from the people for broke & hugely indebted governments

    • Majestic 12

She is probably lying even though she could have been sleep deprived from a long shift. The problem is going to be a motive. Will they be able to convince a jury that she decided to kill the man intentionally due to his loud music or marijuana smoking habit?

    • Reaper

Now that they are switching the venue to another county, she’ll probably walk after all the smoke screens and mirrors are thrown up. That woman is a cold blooded demon and deserves the electric chair for premeditated murder.
