Knowing this let us keep in mind 1 Thessalonians 4:18,”Wherefore comfort one another with these words.” By the way recent medical research shows that DNA actually changes shape according to our thought life, how amazing is that to see now in accordance to places like 2 Corinthians 10:5 where we are instructed to take every single thought captive to the obedience of Christ. If you entertain poisonous thoughts for example by giving in to the spirit of fear, like fear of tomorrow which hasn’t even happened yet, (as the spirit of fear always projects into the future) that negative poisonous thinking actually changes the wiring in your brain which compromises your immune system. That is what the spirit of fear is trying to do, kill, steal and destroy you. In fact research shows 80 to 95% of all sickness and disease starts in your thought life. Some of the most recent scientific studies are now also showing that every time your heart beats it sends an encoded signal to every cell in your body which basically updates that cell to whatever you believe about yourself at any given moment. That means every cell is reprogrammed every time your heart beats as every thought you have must travel a pathway of faith or fear..
