Russia Showing Nuclear Force To The World!

On Saturday morning, reports of a Russian submarine breaking the ice in the North Pole and fired a Sineva type intercontinental ballistic missile.

A few moments later, 1,000 miles away but still in the arctic circle, another missile was fired. A Bulava type intercontinental ballistic missile from beneath the surface of the Barents Sea.

One of these missiles flew a few thousand miles out to impact in a remote corner of Russia’s Pacific Coast, while the other landed in the Chizh range on the Kanin Peninsula in the Arctic north.

Could Russia be trying to send a message to the world after the INF treaty has been dissolved?

Could these possibly be linked to the incident that happened a few weeks ago where a missile testing facility exploded and has now been confirmed to have released radioactive isotopes?

A Russian Defence Ministry statement read: “In accordance with the combat training plan, the Sineva sea-based ballistic missile and the Bulava missile were successfully launched from the Tula and Yuri Dolgoruky strategic submarines.

“The large-sized mock-ups of missile warheads completed the full cycle of the flight program and successfully hit training targets at the Chizha range in the Arkhangelsk region and the Kura range on the Kamchatka Peninsula.”

Chillingly, this comes after the launch of a floating nuclear power plant dubbed ‘Chernobyl on Ice’, by environmentalists, on Friday.

A deadly explosion this month at a military testing site in Russia’s far north caused a radioactive surge, prompting further concerns.

The vessel is loaded with nuclear fuel and is to voyage from Murmansk to Pevek over 3,000 miles away.

With Russia seeming to take full advantage of the dissolving of the INF Treaty, how will the US and other countries react to Russia’s strong nuclear push this last month?
