The Constitution doesn’t call for the army to save the Republic but rather the 2nd Amendment Militia which was NEVER created by any government institution i.e. President, Congogress, governor, State, etc., as required by it.
Only that citizens can be armed as individuals but never as a well-regulated militia and something the NRA (Nobody Reads Amendments) insist is the only thing necessary to be done on the 2nd Amendment. NEVER mind it requires them to be a well-regulated militia “necessary for the security of a free State”.
It is obvious your government does not want and FEARS a well-regulated Militia consisting of its own citizens in every State and the NRA (Nobody Reads Amendments) for some strange reason does not want this done either leaving US vulnerable to bool sheet like what is happening now with Trump as a duly elected President and not a usurpation like with the sodomite obammy and now what this sodomite phag Adam Schifty is trying to do.
And BTW I agree with the NY Commissioner that Adam Pencil-Neck should be arrested for “conspiracy to commit treason”.
You should read several articles by EV to clarify the 2nd Amendment.
Amendment II states that:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
IF these are the only words to the 2nd Amendment, I don’t see where it says that the President is the only one who can establish a militia.
Where it does not state that fact, then it means that the PUBLIC can establish a well regulated militia. The citizens of the United States can form (themselves) “A well regulated militia”.
However, since, I believe, that militia groups over the last 3 decades, were heavily infiltrated by FBI, etc., I don’t think militia groups, as such, exist as regulated ‘groups’ at this time. It will be every man for him or herself. It will be families and close friends grouped together, when and if possible.
Also, in time of war (being attacked), you do not worry about what is law and what isn’t. You must defend yourselves and your families by whatever it takes.
Didn’t Jesus say something like, sell your cloak and buy a sword (weapon)? Okie dokie. God said that your are expected to defend your life and liberty. In other words, do not rollover and accept defeat. You must try. You don’t ask the war enemy; the occupying forces; the invading armies, to put down their weapons. You get them before they kill you and yours (& pets & livestock). There’s your answer. Jesus was saying, fight for your lives. Kill before being killed.
You will all be and are fighting against satan and his armies. It will be swift, vicious and brutal. Defend yourselves as Jesus commanded. It’s your God-given right.
This is merely my take on the overall, from what I’ve come to see and learn over the decades.
