 And do you see how the FAKE GOVERNMENT is pretending that WE are all “INSIDE” the DISTRICT of COLUMBIA?  The “STATES” are all MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, each of them INSIDE the DISTRICT of COLUMBIA.  And by BLACKS LAW DICTIONARY, the “INCLUSION of one is an EXCLUSION of others,” which means that because “THEY” did not say, “INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO” all others are EXCLUDED, meaning that the “STATES” are all inside the DISTRICT of COLUMBIA, which is OBVIOUSLY TRUE because they are all FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS filed under the parent corporation United States which by “An Act To Provide A Government For the District of Columbia, 1871, is doing business out of the District of Columbia.  And so by number “(10)” found below, “”State” shall be construed to include the District of Columbia,” which means that the UNITED STATES and the STATES (all municipal corporations) are ONLY INSIDE the DISTRICT of COLUMBIA = FACT. 

This information was discovered by reading “CRACKING the CODE,” which is written by PETE HENDRICKSON (pg 111,112), “WHO WON EVERY TAX DOLLAR BACK he’d every paid to the IRS,” BECAUSE the FEDERAL IRS TAX CODE legally DEFINES “taxable income” as MONIES coming from FEDERAL ACTIVITIES, which is to be a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE or an employee of the MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS (states, counties), or an ELECTED or APPOINTED position, as well as DIVIDENDS coming from PUBLICLY TRADED STOCKS as the STOCK EXCHANGE is a FEDERAL ACTIVITY.  Please note that this information backs up what I have previously shown you, that the “United States (a for-profit-corporation)” is NOT, “The United States of America (sovereign UN-INCORPORATED REPUBLIC), and the REASON for all of this CRIMINALITY is because the CRIMINALS did NOT WANT to PAY TAXES and the CRIMINALS did NOT WANT to ANSWER for their CRIMES, so they CREATED a FAKE JURISDICTION and LUMPED you ALL INTO IT, while they themselves stood on the OUTSIDE looking INWARDS mocking you, and killing you, stealing your lives, stealing your fruits of your labor, and it is the SAME for EVERY NATION, all ENSLAVED by THE SYNAGOGUE of SATAN, aided by the FAKE CHURCHES who are ROBBERS of the SOULS of MANKIND.
