Cops & Supervisor Get Seriously Stumped w/Their Own Laws

These videos are highly beneficial for people to watch. There are a lot of guys out there who are aware of the laws of politicians and can successfully navigate around the many pitfalls cops try to lay in front of you. One of those guys is James freeman. Here he is in Roswell New Mexico dealing with Roswell’s finest…let’s go through this interaction (clip)

Little constructive criticism here. A lot people who I see making this emphatic statement of “i don’t answer questions” almost always end up answering questions. In order to maintain integrity and consistency, maybe it would be better to tell the cop…there are certain questions I won’t answer…and that’s one of them. This is not a slam against James Freeman or anyone. The point is, if you say you don’t answer questions and you end up answering questions you make yourself out to be someone who really doesn’t mean what you say (clip)

Who Freeman was talking to right there were the over 290 people he was live streaming to. And about this man in this costume detaining Freeman. If you try to walk away from this when they have you detained, they will use force against you. Just remember…any time you are engaged in a non-consensual encounter with a cop…there’s an ever-present implied threat of force looming over the entire encounter. If you don’t comply with what they call a “lawful” order, you will be brought into submission one way or another. This is the outgrowth of the illusion called “authority.” (clip)

Freeman has committed no crime and yet he’s being detained. This is a load of BS (clip)

The superior who just arrived on the scene is being intentionally vague (clip)

We need to I.D. You. One of the big reasons you should not ID yourself if you aren’t be suspected of committing a crime is because they log your name in their data base and it stays in their data base as an unfavorable police encounter. In this day and age of red flag laws…something as simple as that could get you a visit from your local extortion unit called a law enforcement agency and they can violate your 4^th amendment rights and steal all your firearms. You do not have to ID unless you’re driving a motor vehicle or if they suspect you of committing a crime. (clip)

Look at this cop’s face. I love how Freeman handles this here. He makes it VERY clear to the cops that if they try to take his ID out of his pocket they are trespassing against his person and violating his rights as a free human being. The right to be secure in his person. He couldn’t make it any clear that if they do this…THEY are initiating a criminal action against him. (clip)

And that’s why you gotta be careful saying you don’t answer questions. He’s already answered a whole lot of questions. It comes down to keeping your word and maintaining integrity in the middle of being violated by criminals in uniform. Again… it would be better to say there are certain questions I don’t answer… and that’s one of them. By doing this you maintain control and you keep your integrity in tact. (clip)

That was a great way to put that. Freeman is being very friendly… very cordial. The exact opposite of what these cops deserve. (clip)
