WTF?!? If This Doesn't Convince You That Republicans & Democrats Oppose You, Nothing Will

What if you produced a product that people ingested that was so bad that it kept consistently permanently harming and even killing people and congress got together and decided to make a law protecting you from all liability so that you could keep on making your deadly product without any free market repercussions to you?

And while it was cosponsored primarily by democrats, the resolution had bipartisan support. And don’t take any false comfort from the world bipartisan…that just means the both parties have gotten together to screw you over in a joint effort. And if there was ever a law that screwed people over, it’s this one…and most people don’t even know about it.

It’s called the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 (42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34) and was signed into law by United States President Ronald Reagan as part of a larger health bill on Nov 14, 1986. Like politicians always do…they shove little pet laws into larger bills primarily to escape notice so they can get the kick backs they were promised by whatever lobby group convinced them to screw over the American Tax cattle just a little bit more. Don’t forget…politics is big business. People, who claim to represent you, are out there making boatloads of money, jet setting across the world on your dime and shoveling cash into their banker-established retirement accounts faster than you can make it. There’s a reason congressmen and senators enter the political arena with modest means and retire multi multi millionaires.

The insidious National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986′s purpose was to protect big pharma by eliminating the potential financial liability of vaccine manufacturers due to vaccine injury claims[1] in order to ensure a stable market supply of vaccines, and to provide cost-effective arbitration for vaccine injury claims.[2] Under the NCVIA, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) was created to provide a federal no-fault system for compensating vaccine-related injuries or death by establishing a claim procedure involving the United States Court of Federal Claims and special masters.[1][3] That’s right they harm and kill people with their product and then the families of those individuals they harmed and killed and every other American has to foot the bill for their evil acts.

And guess how much has been paid out in claims since the democrat and republican tyrants of Washington’s district of criminals consciously decided that promoting and protecting Big Pharma was a more profitable undertaking than protecting the American people and their kids from harm?

As of October 2019, $4.2 Billion in compensation (not including attorneys fees and costs) has been awarded.[4] And that’s just the amount they let us know about. There’s no doubt there are claims they’ve kept confidential. And how many people never made it to litigation after their child was permanently mentally or physically damaged or killed by a vaccine that has crap in it you wouldn’t inject into a rabid dog?
