Today in OBAMA’$ $PEECH……. he invoked the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence by using the word “Inalienable”, trying to confuse the American People. Our Declaration actually uses the word “Unalienable”….There is a difference between the two. The democrats, and quite irritating this whole country uses the incorrect terminology when using Democracy. The USA is not a democracy, the USA is a Constitutional Republic, therefor….the majority does not rule, but nor does the minority. As a constitutional professor and a lawyer Obama knows the difference between the two, but that also means he knows how to manipulate the general public that does not know legal language/jargon. And he is betting (I bet) that people do not notice the verbiage he used, and what the difference is…. Placing any restrictions upon “UNALIENABLE RIGHTS” is straight up UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

When the redress of grievance is abated or found not to be in standing then the militia is necessary to correct that abridgment.

There is no compelling reason for the state to violate my right not to be vaccinated, since anyone else at risk may choose to be vaccinated, thus my lack of being vaccinated doesn’t cause an overriding danger to anyone else. My right not to be vaccinated is my right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness which is granted by God and not by govt. Determining my vaccination status is a violation of my right against unreasonable search, even more so during blanket searches. Forcibly vaccinating me is unlawful arrest and aggravated battery.
Perhaps those who receive the vaccine should be arrested for violating my rights by endangering me with the virus that they shed as had happened with the polio vaccine when vaxxers infected others with polio.
Forced vaccination is no more legal than forced sterilization against what the govt deems undesirables. There is a long sordid history up to recent times, and probably the present, where vaccines were made to cause sterilization in women. Women’s rights anyone?
A perfect example of fascism is govt in bed with and directed by big pharma!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Before the govt issues draconian extreme decrees, it has a duty to use less invasive and harmful approaches such as encouraging proper nutrition, rest, and if necessary, supplementation with vitamins and minerals such as C, D3 with K2, zinc, and iodine as possible examples. That has not happened.
A govt that violates the law and your rights while claiming legal authority is a tyrant and a thug.
How would America’s founding fathers respond to a forced vaccination today?
Some may claim the forced vaccination is a big todo about nothing, and that Trump will force it so the country can get past paranoia and return to normal. I’m not willing to relinquish my rights and face considerable vaccine danger for the sake of changing public sentiment and appeasing public fear. Nor am I willing to be injected with aborted human fetal tissue, and DNA altering ingredients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trump is being trapped. His advisors must be telling him he will lose reelection or worse, if he doesn’t force mandatory vaccination to get the economy back on track.
