The shooting happened late Friday night at the fast food restaurant on University Avenue. This is the first 42-minutes of the 1 hour, 23 minute video from the body cam of Officer Devin Brosnan.
The name of a person not involved in this incident has been removed from the audio track. The rest is unedited.

Surveillance video shows the fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks by an Atlanta police outside of a Wendy’s drive-thru.
The shooting happened late Friday night in the parking lot of the fast food restaurant on University Avenue.
Brooks, 27, was shot by an officer after the GBI said he pointed a police Taser at one of the officers as he was running away from them.

I hope that someone HANGS the Killer “Cop” that Murdered this guy !!!
It seems the running guy is shooting at the cop and the cop falls onto the back of that car protecting his face. Why did he run if he was not drunk as he believed and it would have been proven or not. This looks like citizen brutality against a cop doing his job. A drunk guy on the road can kill others with his car…kill a kid or his fellow citizens. This is going to be another political setup to remove cops from duty and not to remove dangerous people from society by locking them up until they are sober. He proved he couldn’t reason well by losing it and resisting arrest and he might have had other reasons also to prevent his records from being researched at the copshop, and he tried to flee. The cop acted in good faith it seems. Their political actions may try to prevent cops from taking any action at all and they all quit because every act of duty is certified as brutal by the communists.
