Explanation:  The global crime syndicate commits horrible acts such as genocide (fake wars, big thefts), but then they offset those wicked deeds with positive deeds through the use of NON-PROFIT-CHARITIES, where they advertise their loving kindness and get the victims (the same people they are murdering) to donate them money so that they can then in turn use that money to offset their wickedness.  That is what “TO BAIL OUT, SATAN, FATHER” means in the decode of:  501c3 (U.S. code for NON-PROFIT-CHARITY)

A CRIMINAL EMPIRE SPANNING THE GLOBE, ENSLAVING EVERY NATION, by BLACK MAGIC and CORRUPTION, MURDER, BUILT ON SECRET SOCIETIES and NON-PROFITS, “fake governments” (foreign-owned corporations, for profit, not public, fake), a global crime syndicate of corporate partners, and underbelly syndicates.
