Herman and Noam Chomsky’s text, Manufacturing Consent, its affect on the antiwar discourse, and also ask why its principle thesis hasn’t yet been applied to political aspects of the global pandemic, specifically in the areas of civil liberties, lockdowns and bio surveillance.
