How about a bill that forces people to not only license websites but also imposes a misdemeanor fine of $5,000 a day for anyone who fails to register a site? Not only that, but also forces hearings and potential actions against anyone who practices hate speech, questions the election or disseminates disinformation, conspiracy theories or fake news.
