Maricopa County ballot audit front-burnered by White House

If you were under the misguided impression the Maricopa County election audit isn’t a concern to the Biden administration, be sure to read Breitbart News’ coverage of  the deep angst emanating from the White House as the matter is prioritized.

Headlined, “Biden Chief of Staff’s Daughter Asked DOJ to Deploy Federal Monitors for Arizona Audit,” it discloses the high degree of relevancy the audit carries, since Maricopa County pushed reliably red Arizona into the blue category, giving Biden the surge he desperately needed.

Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone — a Democrat more focused on politics than law enforcement — whose anti-Sheriff Joe Arpaio campaigns were beneficiaries of $millions in funding from Socialist billionaire George Soros, has jumped into the fray. He fantastically asserts that the audit is “mind-numbingly reckless and irresponsible.” He also leveled unfounded charges that the audit put the sheriff’s office “at risk” based on contrived situations that have no basis in reality.

Penzone is doing his job, but it’s not insuring the safety of the citizens of Maricopa County. A press release headlined, “Sheriff Penzone to Join the President’s Commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Justice,” deceptively omits the name of the president, but the date discloses it was Joe Biden.
