San Francisco’s Health Department Closes In-N-Out Burger, Chief Legal Counsel for Burger Chain Defiant: “We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government”
According to The HighWire, In-N-Out Burger’s Chief Legal and Business Officer, Arnie Wensinger, recently announced that the San Francisco Department of Health closed the popular burger chain restaurant’s location for allegedly “not preventing the entry of customers who were not carrying proper vaccination documentation.”
Wensinger revealed how city regulators insisted that restaurant employees actively ‘demand’ that all customers show their vaccination papers before entry into the burger shack:
“After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every customer…barring entry for any Customers without proper documentation.”

In-N-Out Burger has over 300 locations across the western United States, with the vast majority operating in California. Defiant pushback like this from businesses could create a ripple effect in other parts of the state:

just have your companies call our Governor if you need or simply register on Sun Biz online and rent some shops.
You know what all of these states are forgetting is that we the people are in charge, they are simply servants competing for our business.
Why any company stays in the corrupt bastions of garbage makes no sense.
I look around recently and see a doubling of our population in Florida.
In 1993 my wife and I bought 15 acres a mile from the center of town over the years we have built 24 homes and sold them leaving only an acre and a quarter but the town has grown to a city the third largest in Palm Beach County. But still the vacant land 6 miles from the coast extends clear across the state.
Former NYC people move in and usually develop higher density like what they are used to.
But you get west of 441 you can still get acreage around 15-30K per.
Another town west of us is an equestrian city and still another is a civil aviation city.
Florida at one point produced more beef than Texas and more farm products than half of the USA.
A previous democrat kind of pushed the beef out but it can return easy enough.
My house was built on a historic 1880s Horse Stable my early neighbors had cows up until 2007 and like I said I am a mile from City hall 1.5 miles from the Beach.
We had a few rough patches…
