It seems that Harald Kautz-Vella is describing the nightmare scenario of AI science implementing a ‘mechanical’ black-magic technology, meaning melding the darkside occult that exists in the astral planes into a technology that utilizes, assimilates and lives within our human body:
AI as a high-tech parasite and the ultimate solidification of black magic into matter.
The answer may be as simple as to figure out what degrades (oxidizes?) grapehen oxide. Is it possible that the oxidizer is Chloride Dioxide?
That could explain why they fought so hard with the media about MMS and chlorine dioxide. The powers that be usually love it when we harm ourselves, so something was up with the MMC/CD media campaign last year.
