Sorry Kim but as I know it many SES people are in the Treas are gov employees.
My understanding is that people who previously worked in government are then appointed to the SES – Senior Executive Services, and from that group they basically cannot be fired and are on the payroll forever more….Trump recognized the SES was full of scum (Barr and Sessions both being SES) and made some effort to make it so they could be fired…..Obama/Bush appointed many in SES so you know it’s full of traitors who are happy to sell out and hand America over to British Crown and CCP….
