I listened to the whole interview but replayed a 1 minute and 30 sec. (17:27 – 19.00 ) portion over several times because here Dr. Martin explains exactly what this procedure they call a “vaxx” involves. He says…paraphrasing:
With a vaccine, you typically inject a foreign, but weakened, pathogen into the body to trigger an immune response.
With this procedure, you are high jacking a person’s body by injecting it with a substance containing synthetic code to create the pathogen and trigger an immune response.
